It is with great sadness that I had to type this today, but I feel the problems I have experienced at this establishment need to be addressed. Please keep in mind that I, myself, have worked for Burger King before in the past for almost three years. I do understand the rush and stresses of working for a fast food establishment, but the negative experiences I have from this particular store time and time again has been one too many and I feel as if something needs to be said. Every time I choose this store I am let down. I have lived in the area close to this store for almost a year now. I keep going back to this store because it’s close to where I live, thinking “maybe this time it will be better” and it’s not. Not once have I had fresh food from this store. I am very drawn to the chicken products that Burger King has to offer and every time I order anything of the chicken variety off the menu at this particular store it is cold, hard, and of a dark brown color. As if it has been left in the containers for too long and just microwaved and sold. I could let the poor quality of food slide, but the customer service I constantly receive here is what set me over the top. I, a military member that’s usually in uniform when getting off work, am treated with very rude customer service every time I go here. Not just in the store, but especially worse in the drive through speaker and window. I am usually greeted with a rushed and “just get out of here” attitude/tone in the employees’ voices. Not only that, the employees’ attitudes go from bad to worse when I attempt to use coupons from the Burger King mobile app. I don’t know what they have against using coupons here, but it’s ridiculous. I can only assume they are upset because they have to do more “work” to go into the register and apply the coupon or alter my order? One employee may have been new or not trained well at the window, but they just stared at me when I showed them the coupon code on my phone. Then proceeded to tell me that the order was already rang up. I haven’t even paid yet and I calmly asked “So, there is no way to add the coupon?” They replied with another long blank stare and just said “I don’t know.” Eventually, after sitting in the drive through window for some time I hear a voice from inside yell “I figured it out!” and I was able to pay and leave. I don’t know who is training/hiring the staff here, but I feel it needs to be by someone who is better suited/trained for the position. I understand the type of work this is and that it’s usually a minimum wage job, but there is no excuse for ever being rude to a customer. I never let these stresses bother me when I worked for Burger King and I feel as though neither should they. Burger King is one of my favorite places to eat and I hate to say it, but I will no longer eat here or any Burger King for a while. I hope these words speak for those who have experienced similar problems here and...
Read moreEvery time I come here it’s something, but I never looked at the reviews until now, now I know I won’t come back….i got a bk melt and a large fry supposed to be dropped fresh with no salt….the bk melt I asked did they toast the bread cause I got it before and the bread was not toasted they said yeah…but when i opened it yeah it was toasted but it was cold like they pre toast the bread and have it waiting until someone order one….and then the fries that I asked to be dropped fresh with no salt, was not, and then it was filled halfway with onion rings…I don’t eat onion Rings…what’s the problem with people doing their jobs…the employees just do what they want to do…and then when I ordered and they asked me to pull up…I heard someone say something smart but I didn’t make out what they said….one time before I tried to go for breakfast, and when I pulled in I seen two employees outside the front one with the drive thru headset…and when I got to the menu board as soon as I pulled up someone came on and said they wasn’t opened yet….mind you I have came to this bk before work plenty of times at the same time and they was always open…croissants always cold too…I have worked at Burger King before and it was never like this the managers didn’t play and they made sure your stuff was right and if it wasn’t they made it themselves to ensure it’s right…these fast food places today just don’t care and only there for a check….i keep saying it,but imma save my money and continue to...
Read moreI WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO ORDER! January 15, 2019 @17:15- There was no one in the drive through line so I pulled up with my 2 month old son, my 15yr old sister, and my boyfriend. A woman came to the speaker and said "Can I take your order?" I replied "I'm sorry give me a moment." That is when I started to take everyone order. While we are still deciding a man came to the speaker and said "is there anything on the menu I can help you with?" He said it as if I was genuinely annoying him. I replied "no thank you, we just need another moment." 5 seconds later the woman comes back to the speaker "I'm ready when your ready." This time she was just as annoyed as the man. I replied "we are not ready yet" and continue looking. 10 seconds passed and the woman returned "Are you ready?" Tired of this constant game I replied "No we are not ready yet and when we are we will ask you for assistance." The man then returned to the window and started cursing and yelling at me because he did not like my "tone". I then drove away. While this conversation went on, no one pulled into the drive through behind me so why the BK associates were so rude, aggressive, and expressively impatient is beyond my understanding. I have never been so disappointed, disrespected, and outraged by a restaurant in my entire life! After hearing my experience my friends and family will not be returning to this establishment. We honestly may be done with Burger King restaurants...
