If I’m being completely honest, I argued with myself on giving this place 3 stars. The thing about it is, I WANT to like it, but I just don’t. We ordered a Red Velvet Pudding Shake which was more banana pudding than red velvet. The Peach Cobbler tasted like they baked it with the peaches still inside the can. The Blackberry Cobbler, which you had me in the first half, but ultimately I ran into a puddle of iron flavored peach syrup, with little to no crust. Which by the way the syrup shouldn't be 3/4 of the cup. Last, but not least we had the Salted Caramel Brownie. It was a bit crunchy on the outside like it may have been waiting on me inside that box for a day or 2, but that frothy whipped cream, delicious vanilla ice cream, and very low quality caramel saved it (how the icecream overshadowed the cobbler and brownie is beyond me). All in all, for a place that specializes in peach cobbler I was NOT impressed at all. I was going to add this to the snack rotation, but it wasn’t worth the $50 (4 Items and a $5 tip) the food just doesn’t scream out that it’s been made with love, and I can’t get jiggy with that. Plus the employees need some help, it took 15 minutes to place an order and another 30-35 to actually get the items (very nice employees though), and that’s just unacceptable for something so simple. Read moreHighly disappointed! One customer was waiting. I walked into the restaurant, and a few tables looked as if they hadn't been wiped down. There was no one at the register when the associate finally came out, she barely said hello and lacked customer service. She looked as if she didn't want to take the energy to take my order. I give her my order...she proceeds to put it on the computer, then asked me to repeat it, which was not a problem, so I did. She goes to the order window to wait for our orders. It took about 6 minutes. Within that time I pulled my phone out to kill time. I noticed that the prior customer's order was up, and continue to wait for mine. Come to find out, the associate placed my bag on the counter without telling me it was mine. I happened to look up and asked her if it was mine...she replied yes. I had been standing right in front of her face and she hadn't said anything to me. Unacceptable. To add fuel to the fire, she got my order wrong... I noticed when I was almost home. Read moreI totally agree with the other reviews, horrible customer service. Two bad experiences, will not get a third one. First time I stood at the counter about 5mins, no one acknowledged me. There was one lady sitting at the table in all black not sure if she was a customer or not. Then a young guy came from the back and was right in front of me scooping something out of one of the containers, didn't say a word. I looked around and was like you have to be kidding me. Then he went back to the back and I walked out. Never acknowledged. Second time I was picking up for delivery for someone else, was already hesitate because of first experience. But went in said pick up and person's name, immediately lady in there said confirm order. I said I haven't even seen the bag yet to even confirm. She said here it is, so I walked over and she would not give me the bag until I confirmed the order. I said that's a first, at least they give me the bag first. I'm confirming an order I don't even know if it's the order I'm picking up because I dont have it in my hands. Long story short, I would not be going back for Any reason.
