This place doesn't even deserve one star! Blonde manager argued, threatened, and screamed at me over her own severs mistake. I went on a Tuesday when they had a buy 10 get 5 free wing special. The first thing I asked the server was if I could get this special with the drink and side combo pointing to it on the menu. She said yes but that the wings all had to be the same flavor. Server asked me if I wanted a regular or large side for $1 more. I ordered 2 combos with 2 large sides. We got our food fairly fast but it was cold, though I never complained about this. When we got our check everything was rung up separately and $10 more than I expected. I asked the server what happened and why everything was rung up separately. I told her I pointed to the menu and asked if I could do the special with the combo and she agreed that I could. She apologized and said she would fix it. 5 minutes later the blonde manager came over telling me she was going to take my leftover wings if I wasn't getting the special because I could take them home. I proceeded to tell her the sever said I could get the combo and the special together and that I pointed to the menu and her server said I could. She then said she isn't changing anything on my bill that I have been there before. Though I have been to this location I have never came on a Tuesday when this special is on and I always get a combo. She then said the server said I never pointed to the menu. I told her to check her cameras because I pointed several times. She changed the subject very quick and said I will be right back. She came back with another bill that wasn't even .10 cents less than the first one. I told her I was told once again I could get the combo with the wing special and that's what I wanted and the total would be $41.20 not $51.18. She said I'm not changing anything. That if I'm not going to pay that price she would get my tag number and call the cops on me. I took the bill out of her hand and said that I will pay but I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Manager said well why don't I just call the cops now so they can deal with you. I said excuse me I said I will pay but my bank will be disputing the charge on my card. We spent $47.58 cents, the lemon pepper chicken was just terribly small and dry, we called and whoever this non trainee of a manager who needs to revisit a customer service class was just unreal, I really feel like the corporate office needs to discuss protocol when a dissatisfied customer calls in about their order. After all of the conversation over the phone, the order was replaced and the size was completely different.
