I would put no stars but you have to at least put one to make a post. on 06/08/2022 I placed an order around 9:59pm to have food delivered to my work around 11:30pm. The delivery was early. I love that it was early what I am here to talk about is the night time manager Amy is by far the rudest person I have had to talk to while asking a question about why my order was stating on my receipt that I did not have the correct funds to pay for my food and I was asked to pay cash. At this time I called the store to figure out what was going on. Amy the night time manager kept telling that is not possible and that I was incorrect and she stated ( the printers do not print that on the receipts). At this point she started yelling at me telling me ( I HAVE TOLD YOU 17 TIME SIR THAT YOU ARE WRONG THERE IS NO WAY THAT IS ON THE RECEIPT). I requested that I get my money refunded. so I sent the driver to the store with my pizza and at this point he retuned to my job and stated that all she did was to Verbally assault him and said to bring my pizza back. at this time the driver returned and apologized for the inconvenience I told the driver it is not his fault that his manager can not be professional and do her job without cussing people over the phone and her co-workers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO ORDER ANY PIZZA AT THIS LOCATION AT NIGHT OR AS LONG AS THE MANAGER...
Read moreI placed my order online and there was no option to add additional vegetables or additional Alfredo sauce to my pasta prima Vera. I immediately hit the button in order to call the store a young lady answered the phone and then placed me a hold when she came back to the phone I asked her name she told me her name and said that my food was already ready it had only been 2 or 3 minutes maybe. I stated that I wouldn't like additional vegetables in additional Alfredo she at by Alfredo she advised me that it was gonna be double the cost of the item itself which was $6. Then she proceed to say that she would need to get her manager because it was time for her to clock out. The manager came on the phone I asked her name as she said I'm the manager. I then said so the manager doesn't have a name. I said ,so the manager doesn't have a name? She then told me that my food was already done I explained to her that I did not want to do business with a company that was acting in this manner and that she could cancel my order she proceeded to tell me That she would remove my phone number from the customer list and I would never be able to order from her store again. That was fine in my book. From the management on down, those experience was awful and I didn't want my food prepared by such unpleasant people. Read moreI placed a order for delivery, the company has a tracker app that lets the consumer(myself) know when the order is cooked, ready for delivery, on the way etc., i ordered two pastas they were to be delivered to me my location is 5-10 minutes top from the business..it took 30-45 minutes before the tracker online let me know that the order was out for delivery, this was at approximately 7:05pm by 7:26 the app sent me notification that my ordered had been delivered to the door, mean while i was sitting outfront the entire time and nothing so i wait until 8:30 and then i decided to find out whats going on since i had already paid for the food i get in my car and head to dominos i arrived at about 8:40-45 tell the manager guy the issues he immediately calls the guy then tells me he's still enroute , im thinking how? so he asks me did i want to go back to the location to meet the driver and i asked to just have the driver return to the business since i was there already he returns after about an additional 30 minute wait with the food meanwhile i ordered this food at about 7pm i didnt recieve the food until sometime in between 9-9:35 and was still charged a delivery fee as seeing that i had to come carry out my food....
