FIRST OF ALL I CLEARLY PUT IN THE COMMENTS WHERE TO LEAVE MY PIZZA AND SPECIFIED DO NOT LEAVE IT ON THE GROUND LIKE LAST TIME FOR THE BUGS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT'S OUTSIDE AT NIGHT TO GET ON IT!.. I TOOK A PICTURE... IT WAS LEFT ON THE GROUND RIGHT NEXT TO THE TABLE! LIKE REALLY?! WE'RE NOT A FAMILY OF DOGS, WERE HUMAN BEINGS AND WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A "MANAGER" SOMEONE NAMED CAYDEN GOT ON THE PHONE TRYING TO TELL ME THEIR STANDARD FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS IS TO LEAVE THE FOOD ON THE GROUND... NOW HOW IS THAT EVEN PROFESSIONAL?! I TOLD HIM AS LONG AS I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AND IT'S BEEN OVER 10 YEARS, THEY DON'T PUT MY FOOD ON THE GROUND! YOU WOULDN'T PUT HOT FOOD ON THE GROUND AT YOUR MOM'S HOUSE DON'T PUT MINE ON THE GROUND! IT'S NOT SEALED GROCERIES IT'S EDIBLE FOOD! AND IN CARDBOARD BOXES! WHAT IF IT WAS RAINING?? THEN I'D HAVE WET BOXES OF FOOD ON THE GROUND?! THAT MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER.. HE OFFERED TO EITHER REFUND ME OR MAKE THE PIZZAS OVER.. I TOLD HIM HE CAN COME GET THE PIZZA OFF THE GROUND AND BRING NEW PIZZAS AND DON'T SEND THE SAME PERSON WHO OBVIOUSLY CAN'T READ OR FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BACK TO MY HOUSE!... THE LIGHT WAS ON AND THE TABLE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR.. THEY DIDN'T RING THE DOORBELL & SAT THE PIZZA ON THE GROUND NEXT TO IT THOUGH BECAUSE IT'S "STANDARD".. YEAH OKAY.. I SAID WELL I'LL BE REPORTING THIS TO REGIONAL.. HE SAID IT'S CORPORATE, WITH A LIL ATTITUDE... TRUE! I SAID DON'T WORRY THEY'LL HEAR FROM ME AS WELL.. DON'T GET SMART BECAUSE THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT SIR! I WAS VERY CLEAR AND USED A $22 COUPON AND PAID $31 DOLLARS FOR MY FOOD TO BE OUT ON THE FILTHY GROUND.. IT'S THIS REALLY WHAT YOU'RE ASKING FOR ON A FRIDAY NIGHT?! I'LL BE WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY AT THE DOOR. **SIDE NOTE.. THEY NEVER CUT THE PIZZA ALL THE WAY.. ... UPDATE: BRYCE JUST BROUGHT THE REPLACEMENT PIZZAS AND HANDED IT TO ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING NOT LIKE WE'RE SOME ANIMALS.. THANK...
Read moreI do business with this particular Domino's frequently, as they are very close to my home. My review is based on this one-time experience ONLY.
I placed a carry out order on Oct 23rd and included in that order was a house salad. My fiancé picked up the food and brought it home. When we opened the salad, it was brown and wilted. See attached photos. I called the store and a young man answered. I asked for a manager and he said "hold on, I will get HER". After a few minutes of radio silence, a young MAN gets on the phone and simply says "yeah". I asked if he was the manager and received the same response..."yeah". I asked his name and he gave it to me (I don't recall what his name was as he mumbled his way through the conversation) and I went on to explain the issue we had with the salad we were given. I asked for a refund on the salad and this "manager" said he couldn't do it over the phone and I had to come into the store to get a refund. No apology, just random mumbling on his end. His reasoning was that he would have to "refund the entire order, not just the salad" in order to refund it on our card. I was baffled at not being able to process a refund over the phone but complied and drove back to the store. There was a gentleman in line ahead of us and while assisting him, the "manager" asked me how he could help. I stated I was there for a refund on the salad and he proceeded to ignore the customer he was helping and give me cash back for the salad. In the middle of getting the cash for us, he asked if we had the salad. Coincidentally enough, I brought the salad with us (in the event he asked to see it). I told him I had it in our vehicle and would gladly give it back to him. We gave him the salad and he took a quick look at it and immediately threw it away. Again, no apology on his end. I am not even sure he was the manager - based off of our...
Read moreJust ordered two pizzas today: a pan pizza and a handtossed. Got them home and noticed the handtossed pizza was thicker than the pan.. The pan pizza was flat...
I left a review through the order page on their website to let them know about the issue I had with the pizza (as well as their customer service). Not even two minutes later I'm getting a phone call from what I thought might be their corporate office because they left no name on the voicemail (only mentioned Central Southwest Pizza?).
I called the number back to speak to them politely about the issue. The person on the other end turned out to be the person I was complaining about (Hunter). Upon hearing this, I asked to speak to someone else. Turns out, they were the manager on duty too..
Not only could I not talk to someone else about the poor service I received, the "manager" seemed very apathetic about the whole thing and didn't seem to care in the slightest.
I'm not sure if he had a bad attitude because I called him out on his poor pizza making abilities. Or perhaps it was because I didn't tip him for my carryout order... (Why is that even a thing anyways??? Not like anyone brings it out to your car, grabs the door for you, or anything else aside from the bare minimum of their job description..)
As a side note: any time Andrew is on duty everything is made to perfection. Because of Hunter though, me and my friends/family will not be returning.
So if you see Hunter's name pop up on your order, do yourself a favor and cancel it..
[In the pictures, I bet you can't tell which one is supposed to be a pan pizza. Hint: it's the flat one on the right..]
Edit: Forgot to mention that they weren't even busy when I ordered it around 2 p.m. So there's no excuse for this poor service...
