Visited recently and was less than impressed. Only good things about the visit were the hostess and waitress were super nice. We were seated right away however it did take waitress a few minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Drinks took a while to get to us too. As we were looking over our menus, our waitress also had the table behind me. They had an issue with their order and when they addressed it with the waitress, she said she would talk to the cook and have it remade. She then came back and I overheard her tell the customers that the cook got an attitude when asked to remake the food....saying nothing was wrong with it, why did they not like it, etc. I do not know what the outcome was however IF the cook did say that, he/she should be ashamed. Customers aren't always right however, if a customer doesn't like the food, remake it. PERIOD. The waitress came to our table afterwards and took our order (my daughter had the salad bar and I ordered a chicken sandwich with broccoli). My food took FOREVER to come out, with me having to ask the waitress where the food was. My daughter was done eating and my food still hadn't arrived. The restaurant was DEAD - with maybe 5-8 tables occupied and a handful of customers in the bar. My food finally came out and looked...sad. The chicken sandwich (which I ordered without the bun) had no lettuce or tomato, just the sad looking piece of chicken and some sauce on top. The side of broccoli was so small, I thought it was a kid portion. I ate it, as I was starving, without saying anything to the waitress as I didn't want to wait another 30+ min for my food and at that point, just wanted to go home. I paid our bill and left.
I will also say the waitress was friendly, but chatty. She was gone more than she was checking in on us, refilling drinks, etc - chatting with other tables for extended periods of time.

Read more👎👎Walked into this place located at 1022 Hospitality Ln just around 3pm after not visiting here for years. Took several minutes for anyone to walk up to seat us. The place wasn't busy but once seated noone came to take drink orders or speak with us whatsoever and there we sat for another 17 minutes until we walked out.
I wish I would have read the recent reviews before going here. I see that others have walked out because employees ignore people and have had identical experiences.
I called to speak to a manager and the women on the line says
Her: "Can I ask who this is?"
Me: What do you mean who this is?a I asked if she was the manager that I need to speak with?
Her: Please hold.
I then proceeeded to be on hold - ignored for over 5 minutes before hanging up. Based her lack of finesse on the call I expected that from her and she did not disappoint me.
We drove right around the corner to the Cracker Barrell. Seated within 1 minute. Drink orders within 2 minutes. Orders placed within 5 minutes.
We have been considering having Thanksgiving handled by Ruby Tuesday but after that performance the job goes to.

This should be a wakeup call with those high prices you will most definitely need customer service skills. You have stiff competition in this day and age. People can go elseware easily. Your location has zero retention ability at this point.
📌 PS.. I think this review could have been avoided - had your employee handled my call in a different manner than she chose to and not made the decision to place me in limbo hold. I figure this review was well earned by your team - Don't you agree?

Read moreI placed an order this afternoon for 3 Ruby cheeseburger meals on your app to pickup.. I ordered 2 rare and 1 well done. The two rare burgers were almost well done, and the well done was burnt. And there were no onions on two of the burgers, even though I did not ask for those to be omitted. The service was very stand offish, the server told me to wait in the back of the seating area, and did not tell me whether I could sit down or not and walked off before I could ask, a man who looked like management was there talking to another employee and only spoke to me to complain about how tired he was and then sat down and was on a laptop, they were not busy, there was literally only 1 other customer in the entire restaurant and he was at the bar drinking a beer, he was not eating. Even then there were two servers and a manager, there is absolutely no excuse for them to be rude and to have our food be made incorrectly. I am definitely not coming back to this location. Which is unfortunate, because it is the closest to my house. I normally love Ruby Tuesday, and just moved to an area where there's not one in the immediate vicinity, so I even drove almost 20 minutes to get there, expecting the food to be up to the standard I have come to expect at your other restaurants.
