I have been coming here for over a year...first of all today I got a cold brew......someone who is either training these kids/workers/ wives.. needs to go to western dunkin and learn how to make a cold brew. My coffee shouldn't taste bitter.....and it does almost all the time. Being someone who has worked at dunkin before, here's a tip. Re read and check the amount of water your putting into it..or maybe it's old and has been soaking in thr fridge with the filter packs for days...I'd go back in and say something but I have a feeling it will be an arguement just like last time!
Second off....I don't understand your employees so called customer service skills.. Instead of just asking another employee what type of caramel was in the coffee look over to the window 😱 and ask the only customer sitting there......
As far as the other comments on here regarding the wait time.....and lack of ice in the iced coffee. They are 100% right! The wait time around this establishment is absolutly unacceptable....I have in my past not stopped here in the am with my husband before dropping him off because of how busy it is and I know if the line is to the speaker...or past it to the back. Its a guaranteed half hr wait if not more.
And just about every time I order iced coffee from here, a regular iced coffee that is I have to ask for an extra cup of ice because there's literally four ice cubes floating around in thevery cup. and the attitude that I get from the women that works there for asking for an extra cup of ice because there's no ice in it is absolutely unacceptable.
I would hope that these things would actually change but the last time I had something to say about the service I received their the manager basically told me to go somewhere else..... great customer...

I ordered a coffee and clearly saw the lady at the drive-thru register hand the car in front of me a coffee in which the driver handed back to the cashier approx. 1 minute later. When I got to the drive-thru register the lady handed me the same coffee that she handed the other driver. When I brought it to her attention she stated "Well he didn't take the top off", yet there was coffee leaking from the lid of the cup and running down the sides. I was told I was going to get a "new cup" and saw the lady speaking with someone who I'm assuming is a manager. She walked back to my car but had the coffee cup turned from the side where it was leaking. So I still ended up with the same coffee in the same cup that was still leaking. It would've been an issue if I would've done things my way. The customer service is terrible and just about everyone that works there needs to be terminated, especially the managers if they're allowing...
Read moreI only go on weekends. I mostly just go for coffee cause I drink 4 monsters a day and it doesn’t seem to work as if my body built an immune to it but coffee hits different. Some days the workers tend to make me question my virtues on respect cause one day I went through the drive through and instead of raising my voice like I do for work sometimes-I tend to be calm and nice. Lady told me to speak louder to the speaker and I guess I upset her cause she responded with one of those passive “geez” responses and I just didn’t question it. I try to be nice especially when the world lets me down a lot on the golden rule of give respect and receive it, anyways. I went the other day, ended up leaving cause I tried ordering, got a response of “what you want?” Gave the nice lady my order over the speaker, ended up sitting there for 5-10 minutes in silence. No, “give us a second” just dead silence. I searched for a response 3 times and just ended up leaving…coffee is good just service tends to be...
