I’d give 0 stars but I can’t. There is one very nice girl that works here but she is so slow it is painful. I go to Dunkin once or twice a day. EVERY single time I get the same thing and every time the price is completely different. It’s ridiculous. Doesn’t matter the location, it’s always a different price. Isn’t there some kind of standard? Today was the last straw. I went through the drive through which took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. They took my order and I went to the window to pay. My small iced coffee was $5.06!!!! The woman charged me for 7 caramel swirls. I asked for 4 caramel, and 3 toasted almond. The receipt read 7 caramel swirl but no mention of the toasted almond shots. She was trying to be a bit*h because she also didn’t put a label on the side of the cup too. They’ve never charged me for the flavor shots so that’s why I know she was trying to be rude. She was clearly in a foul mood and should not be working a customer service job. The worst part of it all was that I didn’t even get what I ordered! She gave me pumpkin swirls!!!! Pumpkin is disgusting and I would never order it. I had to throw this iced coffee away and I ended up going to Starbucks. It’s truly unfortunate because back home in Boston, Dunkin is where it’s at. I went there all growing up and it was always consistent. This is the last time I’ll be visiting Dunkin in Florida. I’d rather pay less and get a Starbucks iced coffee which is better quality and far superior customer service. Also, an update to this terrible Dunkin, the current manager, a younger black guy, short, is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. He should most definitely not be working in customer service. This location just needs to shut down. Whoever the franchisee owner is or even if it’s a corporate location(which I doubt because they would never run a store like this) you need to secret shop this location for like an entire week and see what kind of crack house...
Read moreI do not recommend this store location on University Blvd because they are not persistent with customer orders, taste of beverage, and food quality. Not the only time I have given them chances... I understand no one is perfect but they just don't bring the premium brand for Dunkin Donuts. My husband ordered a 1/2 dozen of mixed donuts, 2 breakfast sandwich, and a vanilla chai latte w/almond milk latte w/ex vanilla chai flavor hot. My drive thru beverage was made wrong and 2 donuts out of the dozen was wrong. The 2nd time my husband drove back from home for my order to be corrected it was still wrong. Also, the 2 the donuts out of the dozen that was corrected was horrible because they thrown 2 plain chocolate glazed donuts in the bag like a sandwich and you can pull the donuts apart with leaving 1 donut with little to no no icing because it got stuck on the other... At any resturaunts, a pastry placed in a bag especially made with icing supposed to have parchment paper placed between the pastry or if it is 2 different pasties. Not thrown in a bag like a sandwich. Also, my beverage remade 2x tasted like almond milk with a hint of chai. Trust me I worked in a cafe retail store before for years and I know how a customer food/beverage supposed to be given in good quality. That's why the other Dunkin Donut located across from Memorial hospital University Blvd ( they remade my bev and 2 donuts placed in the bag right) will always win my heart because they bring good quality service to customers...
Read moreThe morning of October 27th, 2023 I decided to grab my favorite coffee (since is my only day off in weeks) to start my day in a good mood and enjoy the remaining of my day. At 10:20 I come to the drive through and ask the guy to allow me a couple seconds to look at the menu, after LITERALLY 3 seconds he asks again. I continue to tell him I’m reading the menu, and he asked AGAIN. I felt Extremely rushed, bullied and degraded to the point where i just continued to the window without ordering any food. Once i get To the window I asked him if he was in a rush? (There wasn’t even a car behind me) he goes "you should know what you want to order” I STILL holding my composure explain to him not everyone eats DD everyday; therefore i need To read the menu to get familiar. He then walked away from me mumbling saying “she doesn’t want no smoke " this guy by the name of TONY Or Thomas (didn’t get his name too clearly. Some Indian -skinny looking dude )does notttttttt need to be working ANYWHERE where customer service is provided. This is the kind of attitude that is disgusting to have in a business. Shame on you Dunkin’! I ask You watch the cameras and FIRE...
