Worst experience ever. We drove from Georgia 30 plus minutes to get to this restaurant. Customer service is sloppy. The old man was rude and thought my 9 yr old tried to take a drink that we already paid for, He was adamant it was a different drink. My son took his drink and we sat and waited. We paid for the meals and drink then his dad took another. When we were paying for the second drink this man was saying it was a third drink. The whole time he was sitting at a table watching us and the restaurant so why didn't he see my son had his same drink?.. We asked for another bag because we had multiple meals that they stuffed in one bag and we didn't want every wet incase we tipped the bag and he was back there complaining in creole like I don't know what he was saying. The restroom is filthy I will never ever visit this place again. Not to mention he over charged us he tied my bag before he gave me my food. EVERYONE KNOWS YOU SHOW BEFORE YOU BAG SOMEONE'S FOOD....

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I placed a online order, for oxtails and the turkey, when it came time for me to check out and choose a payment option I was having difficulties with putting my card information in so I decided to choose the cash option instead so I can pay when I get there. I received a conformation to m email address that my order has been placed and t will be ready in 20 minutes. i get to the restaurant and the guy hands me a menu, I advised him that I ordered online. Without looking at anything his automatic response was we didn't get it. I then pulled my phone up to show him the ordered but he told me to move out of the way as he helped someone else. I found that extremely rude! I then walked out the restaurant and don't ever plan on returning. I am happy that I didn't put my card information in because we would have had a bigger problem! I would not recommend anyone to come here on the customer...

Just called this place to inquire about codfish patties. The lady who answered spoke Creole. I don't speak it too well. I asked if they had any patties. She kept responding in Creole. I told her that I don't speak Creole too well. She didn't care. She insisted I speak Creole. I asked if there was someone who spoke English, she miraculously spoke English saying "No English!" Then she hung upon me. It seems she forgot that she's not in Haiti, but the United States! I've been to this place several times before, in addition to having called several times before, and I was never spoken to like that. I'm deeply disappointed to have been spoken to like that after having frequented their establishment so many times. The food here is excellent, or at least it was the last time. I'm hoping the food quality is different from the customer quality I...

Roach in my food? Very dissapointed. The service wasn't good. I got a Jamaican Patty, Oxtails and Legume with rice and plantain. The Jamaican patty was good. The oxtails were very flavorful and tender but were mostly fat and bone. Not a lot of meat. The plantaines (tostones) were cold, hard and very rubbery. The legume and rice was delicious! Too bad I threw it all up after pulling a bug (cockroach) out of my mouth. I'm not shocked given that they store their produce right next to the mens restroom. I am very disgusted by this and hope they fix it. A lot of potential but it's really really disgusting to find a roach in your food. I would call and complain but no one there spoke clear english and according to the no refund policy I read about in the other comments it seems like a lost cause. I will never return here.

First time here. Been looking for a Haitian restaurant for YEARS since i moved to the southside. Its actually pretty damn good. Didnt have white rice and sos pwa(😥😢) but thats ok. Next time. The rice and peas is just as good. Im not a really big fan of fried plantains (i like mine sweet) BUT man! Im loving the two i got. The Legumes is great! It also has a subtle spiciness to it. i am currently 6 months pregnant and my baby loves spicy so this is definitely a plus. Service was fast. The gentleman who took my order was kind and even laughed w me. The young lady who served my food was kind as well. Will definitely be back and i will bring my family. Also, for what i got, i only spent $17 dollars and some change and left a tip(even though i didnt dine in). A very happy customer here!

Enjoyed the new experience of Beignets. It was our first time and the food was very good. The service was ok considering there was only one man helping everyone. Atmosphere was ok. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. It reminded us of Haiti. We miss being able to go visit due to the unrest in the country. My oxtails were tender and flavorful. My husband had fried pork and plantains with rice. It was also good. They serve there food in Styrofoam which was different, yet we didn't have to ask for a "to go" container when we couldn't eat it all 😉. I did stick my head in the back to tell the cooks, great job. The two older ladies, who looked like they stepped off the island into America, were very flattered and loved the compliments. The are great cooks!
