Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jacksonville

12/19 Went in to get some doughnuts. (Pretty busy lobby) Asked if the could accept a 100$ bill. The associate proceeded to check with the manager make sure it was okay. (As they should) she did not have enough change in the drawer. (It Happeneds) the associate proceeded to ask the manager for more change. While the manager handled the change issues the associate proceeded to collect my order of a dozen donuts and 50 munchkins. (As any sensible associate would) The associate proceeded hand me my order and when we asked about the change the manager proceeded to snap at her and say that she should have waited for the change before starting the order. (Because as a manager I would want my associates standing around doing nothing while they waited on me) She then proceeded to wave the change openly at her and shoo her off like a child. When myself and a few other customers proceeded to call out the manager for the treatment of the associate she chose to double down twice and repeat at her associate was in the wrong. You don't speak to your associate like that behind closed doors let alone in a packed lobby full of customers. To the manager, if this is how you treat people, congratulations, you have peaked in your career and you will go no further in life. To the associate, quit your job, find better, you deserve better. Nobody deserves to be talked...

So 5 out of the 10 times I have gone to this Duncan I have gotten the "hash brown BRISKET scramble" add I guess the word brisket means it's got flavoring in it because there's not a shred of brisket in it! So I've given them multiple chances to hopefully correct the issue! I have even asked them on the second time that I got it is there supposed to be brisket in it or is it flavoring? And guess what when I got that one no brisket! I know this seems Petty but they also don't even put in a fork. So I guess I'm going to have to go try another Duncan but that's going out of my way. But the it is good even without the brisket but still if I'm paying for it I would like to have...

I’ve only been to this location a few times to date, but so far, they’ve always been generally clean, as well as fast and efficient. Jenna and Grace were behind the counter today, and they were both very friendly and helpful. Grace was the person to actually make my drink and get my food, and she was especially awesome; she took the time to talk to ME while she was engaged with my order, about why we both like the drink I chose and how my day is going. So, nothing about politics or sports, or something polarizing or serious, and it felt very welcoming. Bottom line, I would say that this was about as perfect an experience as one could hope to have.
