San Jose BlVD store! Today I ordered online in this store and I ordered a Brown Sugar Cookie Iced Chai Latte and my daughter pick it up. When I tried the drink was coffee and I returned to the store like 30 minutes later because I wasnt there when I tried to see if they can change it. The first person made a comment 2 hours later, that's Chai Latte and I said I bought this a couple of minutes ago and I have the receipt. She stay in mute after that and the other employee started preparing a drink at that point I didn't know if was for me or for another customer. I spoke to the other employee that was there preparing a drink and I was trying to explain that the reason I can't drink coffee is because I'm allergic to coffee and she said "That's not my business! I don't even was the person who prepared that and still no my business" yelling at me. I told her I'm talking to you with respect and she answered to me "I'm talking in Englis" ( I'm latina from Puerto Rico, my first language is Spanish) I asked her in what language I'm talking and she said "English" and I asked "Why you brought the language to this conversation? I'm just talking to you respectfully and explaining what I ordered and why! She gave me the drink (I didn't even knew she was preparing for me because they just were making comments and never apologized for prepared the wrong drink or said they will give me the correct one. I asked her how can I speak with a manager and she said she can't give me the info and if I want can look for a number outside of the store. I walk to the door and verify a number and I asked her if that's the phone number and she yelled at me "Bro, I told you the number was outside! A lot of things more she said to me in the 10 minute interaction. They were so rude! I'm a regular customer for years in differents states and I have never being treated so bad in my life and more when I was calm and respectful. I'm still in shock. Read moreI was horrified by the customer service today at this location. I come to this store almost everyday to get coffee and today was probably my last time coming. The employee Renee at the drive through was terrible and very rude to me. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and when i got it there was no whip cream on it. She snapped at me and told me that is not how I ordered it. I told her I can pay the difference if I had to and she said u are too much under her breath. I then asked her to just refund me the money for the latte and that would be fine since I was too much for her to deal with. I also asked for her name and the managers name and she refused to give me either and just left me sitting at the window with no drink and no refund. A few minutes later another employee came to the window and explained to me she was in College and they made everyone leave the campus and she was just upset about that. I explained that gives her no right to treat or talk to customers that way. Finally another employee came and refunded me the money for the drink and was able to give me a name for her and the manager but still no phone number. Renee should not be working in an environment dealing with customers if she is going to speak to them in this manner and it makes the business she works for look very bad. I finally found a corporate number and called them to file a complaint. Everyone else is always so nice here but this type of employee makes people not want to spend their money at this establishment. If your having a bad day either don’t go to work or leave your personal life at home because being disrespectful to others really shows your character and being this way to People will get you no where in life. Read moreI needed 3dzn donuts for a school function. I drove up to the drive-thru. Asked for three dozen glazed donuts and was told I could only get one dozen. That if I had wanted that many of the same kind I should have placed an order ahead of time. I'm sorry, but I thought a store specializing in donuts would have plenty of plain donuts to sell. I asked about the old fashioned donuts and was told I could only get six of those. Finally, I just told her I needed three dozen of the plainest looking donuts so the school kids would not argue over who gets which donut. She said no problem.? I explained I had just opened a rewards account online which entitled me to one free drink with any order. I stated what I wanted. When I got up to the window I handed the clerk my cash, turned to get my phone so I could ask how the reward program worked. By the time I had grabbed my phone she had the change and receipt in her hand. She had charged me for the coffee. I was going to overlook this and asked how to get the order credit on the rewards. She said oh you can only do that before the sale is complete. Did you want to buy something else?!!!!! So I spent all this time signing up for the rewards program before going to the store for absolutely nothing. Didn't get the donuts I wanted. And had to pay for a coffee that should have been free.
