Very hard to find location on the side of the highway. Had to go in circles three times before seeing the food truck parked in front of the actual restaurant. The restaurant is literally a hole in the wall. Very friendly staff, with great service. The food was served on disposable cheap plates and plastic cuttlery, so nothing too fancy there. They were out of the pollo a la brasa, and the lomo saltado was acceptable to good. It could have been outstanding, but the oil used for the fries tasted like it hadn't been changed in a while. The place could use a deep cleaning and some more love, but overall it was a pleasant visit.

Some items were good. I really enjoyed the causa and ceviche. However, everything was packed quite poorly and so the sauce of every dish spilled onto the next until it pooled at the bottom of the bag. You can’t put liquid in these type of recipients! The huancaina was not good and this is one of my all time favorite foods, so I was dissatisfied. Maybe worth it if you visit the restaurant but not for take out. Everything was messy and spilled.

The food truck food was aliright. The woman at the truck charged my fiances card 3x for $36k, had to ask her dad for help... Came home to my ceviche in a ziplock bag to be prepared by myself, but it tasted fine, a bit too much lemon flavor.... Then the papa a la huancaina was NOT in huancaina, idk what that was, it was pale and soupy. But the arroz chaufa was the best arroz I have had from a peruvian spot. That's all I can take away from that.

Wow!! Such a tasty delicious food!! I was in line to the Tax, dmv near by and decided instead of waiting there to go out and grab a bite quickly… I type “food” in google maps and this place came up the closest. I said well, a cool ceviche can be great food to eat in this heat. I’ll tell you this, the service was fantastic, the young lady ( I didn’t ask her name sorry.. ) was quick to provide me with cold drink, the food was ready in less than 10 minutes, I ordered the potatoes 🥔 with egg, the sauce was lemony and spicy it was delicious!!! Few minutes later I got the ceviche YUMMMYYY it was fresh and rich with flavor, I literally ate it all!!!

The place looks authentic Peruvian as well as the food!! I highly recommend you...

This is a place that you may not want to take guests out to because it's a small, unassuming hole-in-the-wall of a restaurant. But it has great tasting, authentic Peruvian food. My family and I love going on Sunday after church. They make great Pollo a la brasa, anticuchos, llomo saltado at a price you can't beat. They are currently in the process of growing and developing. They started in a flea market and then branched into a good truck. And now they are in a small office near Parental Home rd and Beach Blvd and they cook the food in a food truck. It's very good check it out but while they are transitioning don't expect a traditional...
