We came to RD International specifically to try Hit The Spot. When we tried to check-in through Yelp, we saw 2 business names and realized the other one was their food truck and we have actually tried them before! I looked back at my previous post and remembered we enjoyed their food!!

My husband ordered the Crispy Pork Belly Holy Basil. It was tasty but not enough meat. I got the Khao Soi Gai which is similar to the Thai curry noodles. The difference is the noodles, this version uses thin rice noodles. However, I prefer egg noodles, as the rice noodles seemed to absorb the broth, leaving very little left after mixing everything together. We also ordered the Braised Pork Belly to go. We used to love this dish, but this time we found it a bit too sweet for our taste.

Overall, we really enjoy their food and will definitely return to explore more...

Kind service, they recommend the Pad See Ew, and I wanted to try something different so went with it. Glad I did, it was out of this world. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, well seasoned dish. Best Thai food I have had in a long time, maybe best ever. Can't wait to try other things...
