I came in yesterday to get my free name sub for the letter m. Immediately realize that I had to order from the kiosk and had issues doing so. There was a line of people trying to place an order from the kiosk and nobody in person to help. It was absolutely frustrating and no way to even redeem a free sub using the kiosk. The up charges for everything was not cool. In order to get my free sub I had to get a combo and because I'm gluten free there was a upcharge for the bread as well. No technically, it was not a free sub. I couldn't even get past some of the kiosk to place my order. Then, a very strange older man within their trying to hand me a napkin and mumbling something to me. It was very uncomfortable. But the fact that they was nobody to assist the other people trying to place orders through the kiosk was unacceptable. There were several older people behind me that were struggling. I decided to walk out and not place an order for anything. You already have to wait a very long time to even get your sandwich, but now with the kiosk and having to have it gluten free, I know the wait time would have been even longer. No one even acknowledged us coming into the store. Sorry, you lost my business. After I got my drink and walked up to Pay, I changed my mind and went to order a medium club combo. A blonde lady Wearing a general Manager name tag comes from the back and the sandwich maker asks her if she could go ahead and ring me up. She looks at m Yes e and then looks at the touchscreen and says” Is that really that hard to use?” I told her I didn’t see it and if I did, I would’ve used it. She rang my drink up and missed the part about changing it to a medium combo after I explained it to her she told me to ring My order in the touchscreen and said, give her a minute and walked to the back.
