This would be a 4.5 if Google gave the option. Look, Chinese take-out in the US is what it is. After reading through the negative reviews, it seems some people are mistaking quick Chinese take-out restaurants with upscale Asian fusion restaurants. If you're looking for good, solid Chinese delivery/take-out food Wok N Roll holds it down. Every single time I have ordered delivery from them through DoorDash, the food has arrived hot enough that I have to let it cool. Their sweet and sour soup is a big hit, but their house fried rice is seriously where it's at. With the other dishes, it can genuinely be hit or miss but that's how all Chinese takeout places are. However, I judge whether I like a place on their house fried rice. If they put a lot of love and effort into that, I know they're working as hard as they can to serve up quality food.

As for the complaint about feathers being stuck on their fried chicken: I'm not sure what kind of poultry that person eats, but the last I checked chickens had feathers. When you prepare and cook your own chicken without buying it pre-packaged from a grocery store, you have to pluck it. I have plucked and eaten many chickens of my own, and if you think you'll get every single feather... you're wrong haha. Some get left behind and you know what you do? Pick them off and pop that fried chicken right in your mouth. It's not unsanitary, it's reality. Unless you're eating chicken legs or wings packaged together from the grocery store that have gone through several chemical washes to remove feathers, bacteria, and dirt; you're gonna have some tiny feathers left.

Anyway, Wok N Roll is a solid American-style Chinese Takeout place. Try the house fried rice and the egg rolls, seriously. The General Tso's is also very good, but again... it can be hit or miss. About 85% of the time I order any chicken-based dish it comes tender and amazing. The other 15% of the time the chicken itself is dry and chewy (like majority of takeout places), but the sauce is great so I still go...

The absolute best Eggrolls and Ribs I've had in a long time. I have worked in kitchens for over 12 years, went to culinary school, and respect a chef's hard work. These egg rolls had a perfect crunch to them, not soggy from oil or overwhelming. The insides were deliciously savory and wss an amazing start to my meal. Then the Ribs, most places you go ribs are dry but still delicious from the sauce. No, these ribs were fully cooked, but juicy on the inside and full of flavor that was accompanied by the deliciously sweet sauce. I do not order out a lot at all, I cook for myself mostly, but I have finally found a place I can happily go to when I am having a craving and feeling lazy. This is the best chinese style cuisine in Florida, Id love to see someone cook better than the food I had tonight. Very good food but very bad customer service. I ordered delivery and my food was spicy and it's never come spicy before. I've ordered it a million times and it was mild. I cannot eat spicy foods. So I called the restaurant and chinese lady answer the phone and I explain to her that I didn't know that it came spicy and I cannot eat it. So she began fast talking me and being rude. Told me that I had to bring the food back up to the restaurant. So I did. Got to the restaurant counter, she immediately snatched the bag of food that I was returning and whipped out a menu and started being rude again, talking loud saying that it comes spicy and that she won't remake my food again after this . She walked away without saying anything as I was trying to explain to her that I've ordered this item a million times and it's never been spicy, otherwise I would have told them mild. All in all, very rude owner/manager. Will not be ordering...
