Eating out of the blending canister in front of customers and using the exact blender after just rinsing it for someoneâs beverage item is beyond excusable and unsanitary. I watched as âisabelleâ did this and also shared her spoon full of the blended left over drink with another employee to try several times before emptying the rest and proceeding to rinse and make my drink in the same blender. When I informed this young girl of the inconsiderate action of hers that I witnessed and asked her to wash the blender out with soap and water and remake my drink, she looked puzzled and upset to be asked to do this as if she was not in the wrong. She got nasty with me as if there were no obvious signs of health and food regulations being broken. Iâve reached out to the owner of this establishment with no response, a few months ago when this took place. Just be mindful of the individuals who make your drinks here may not always use the best judgment nor expect to have consequences or corrections for their inconsiderate and unsanitary decisions.
** went in today and had another issue with the same person. I believe i am now being targeted as a âconflict of interestâ with this young lady as she declined to allow the cashier to ring me up for a food item by immediately shaking her head no to the cashier who attempted to ask her if the food item could be made. And when I asked her why not, she began turning her back towards me and stated not until the machine works. I then asked how long will this machine would be down and if I could speak with the manager or owner of this establishment.. I was given no direct answer besides âyou can go on our page or Instagramâ. She laughed as she pulled the other worker to the side and began to mumble something which then made the other worker look my way which is obviously letting me know at this point itâs best I just report this manner to someone above with the food and health department. This will be the last time I visit or refer my healthcare coworkers and...
Read moreTea is AMAZING, customer service is okay. Female staff, I apologize that I donât know their names, are wonderful. They are so easy to communicate with and are very helpful. There is a male staff member that I have had trouble with twice now. First time when I was ordering and when I asked a question regarding a flavor, he told me âthereâs a menu over there.â instead of answering my question. I would understand if there was line behind me or they were overwhelming busy .. but I was the only one in line and the only one in store. Second time was when I attempted to order ahead of time three slushes. Over the phone, I informed the staff that I was aware of their policy (they only make slushes when you get to the store to prevent them from melting) but I wanted to know if I could request mine to be made ahead of time so I could just pick them up and leave. The staff informed me that they would be a little melted if they did it this way but I told them that was completely fine and that I didnât mind. When I went I to pick them up, the male staff member confronted me stating they would never do this again because they wouldnât want other customers seeing a melted drink and it was against their policy. I understand their concerns about other customers seeing a melted drink but I also asked ahead of time on the phone if it was even okay. Also, this is my preferred way of picking up my drinks, I enjoyed going in to the store, paying and then promptly taking my drinks. I prefer this over calling, checking in to the store, then waiting an additional 15 minutes for my drinks. Once again, tea and the majority of staff are amazing but communication...
Read moreEvery time I come here to get a boba tea, they are out of boba (one of the main ingredients of a boba tea). Then they act so confused at the register why I don't want to order anything else. . .
Whenever I try to order something else, it is sweeter then a soda. The amount of sugar is just gross.
REPLY TO OWNER: I go to Raleigh all the time and the bubble tea stores there, have no issues having boba on hand, so I don't buy the boba shortage excuse for one second.
As for your claim about having absolute control of sweetness, your number 2 specifically states that some drinks must have a certain level of sweetness. That is NOT "absolute control." Also if your sweetness levels are abnormally high, and I change the percentage, that sweetness level will still be higher then expected.
2ND REPLY: What part of my review made you think that I wanted to come back to your store? Â Common sense would dictate, that a burger spot constantly out of beef patties, would not drive customers to return. Â The same logic could be used for this situation, and as you already made clear, there are better businesses in the area that can serve customers much better than you can. There is no desire for me to return; Â I just wanted to warn others not to waste their time with your business.
Good luck with lying to you customers about a made up boba shortage to cover up your lazy...
