Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Feb 15, 2025 at 5:49 pm we ordered a pizza and stuffed breadsticks from this location off of door dash($20 worth) and when it was delivered, there was a receipt from a different order balled up and stuck in our pizza. My husband called the restaurant to make the issue known and to see what would be done. He was told they couldn't refund us the money which was fine since we ordered it off door dash but we had to go to the restaurant to have them remake it. When we get there, I noticed a ServSafe certification from I'm guessing the manager who suspiciously has the same name as what was on the crumpled up receipt. The inside of the restaurant was also covered in dust. As we were sitting there waiting for our fresh food another employee walked in to start his shift and barely washed his hands before taking 4 orders and then proceeds to smear soap on his hands and immediately rinses it off, uses his now “clean” hands to turn off the water and touches the paper towel dispenser with the palm of his hand they his towel to dry his hands before going and touching other people’s food. None of the employees know how to wash their hands correctly and SHOULD NOT be allowed to handle food without gloves. The 99% sanitation rating they have definitely needs to be changed to 0%. Will not be going back to this...

I want to start off by saying that The sanitation rating at this location is 86 🤮 I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni. I received a large pizza with extra pepperoni with SO MUCH CHEESE. It was so much cheese that the pizza was no longer enjoyable (didn’t know that was possible). The cheese was SO thick that both my husband and I were gagging. It’s been a few hours since and we are nauseous.

Little Ceasar’s is usually our go to. We think the pizza is great for the amount we pay, however we usually order from the location on western Blvd. i will not be going to this location again.

I just want to make others wary of this train wreck of a pizza.

Unfortunately the photos do not give the cheese justice, especially as this is a photo taken several hours later.

I also wanted to note that when I was given the pizza the box was not closed all the way as apparently it was too much work for the employee to shut the box. In the time I was there the phone was ringing, and no one went...

6/15/22 - update - dropped to 2 stars. Orders are wrong fairly consistently. Ordered 9 pizzas nearly 2 hours in advanced. 2 of the premium pizzas I ordered were just plain cheese. I should have checked my order before I left. ---. Original Review --- A solid 3 stars. They're batting about 60% so far with my (custom) orders. Normally if I get home and realize it's wrong I just eat the pizza. Today I drove all the way back and got them to fix it. So I figured I'd rate them while I have this extra time on my hands waiting for the pizza I ordered on the app which was to save myself time. In their defense sometimes I order several pizzas at a time. Can't beat the price and I love the concept of the app. Loving the thin crusts too. The employees are pretty nice, which helps me forgive the flubs (chalking it up to lots of younger...
