Jackson De Seafood — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I recently visited Jackson De Seafood, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The customer service was absolutely top-notch — the owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best possible experience. They were so gentle and nice, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful suggestions.

As for the seafood itself, I was thoroughly impressed. The snapper I purchased was nothing short of immaculate — fresh, firm, and beautifully filleted. The quality was evident as soon as I saw it, and the taste confirmed that I was eating something truly exceptional.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the market was impeccable, creating a pleasant and inviting environment to shop in. I will definitely be returning for all my future seafood needs!...

This place has the worst customer service hands down. I asked for a price and they wouldn’t give me one over the phone. The gentleman then hung up on me when I asked for the manager and said I had to come in if I wanted a price. The place is 25 mins away from my home so I wanted to be sure I wasn’t buying overpriced seafood. I called back and I told the “manager” his employee hung up in my face. And he argued that he did not hang up on me and that he was standing beside him the whole time. He then proceeded to tell me that They were super busy and he had to go so I should just come in. I will never spend another dime here...

So I went to this place today on 6/28/19 got home with my food which my home was no where near this place and I ordered the shrimp and oyster #9 platter my first time going there and first impression is everything and the impression I received was burnt oysters I have pictures to prove it IF I COULD POST THEM I WOULD!!!!!
