Ordered the beef lunch with 2 sides green beans and Mac and cheese
To start when I entered the building, I walked into what seemed to be a very inconvenienced employ. Right away feeling like a burden to the staff isn’t what you wanna experience. When I had to ask for different sauces it again was an issue.
Although not directly rude, the cashier was not very friendly or helpful.
The positive side is the food came out quickly and the green beans were good. The Mac and cheese is better if you got the Golden Corral or make it form a box. The brisket, was hands down the worst BBQ smoked brisket I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t paid $22 I probably wouldn’t have eaten it. The brisket was cold, dry and had ZERO flavor, almost as though it was just baked and over cooked at that! On top of that the must not have a steam table to keep things warm because it was cold the fats had hardened again. There isn’t much smoke smell to the whole joint so it makes you wonder how many corners they cut on their prep.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! I ordered through Ubereats when the food got here I was missing 2 items, a fried pickle order and a chicken platter order. I called the restaurant and they literally DID NOTHING to solve the problem. They argued that I was missing items, then said I didn't order, so I said I would take a picture of my order and send it to them. They said well you can come pick it up if you want it. Literally the worst customer service I have received in Jacksonville. You mess up my order then tell me to fix the problem. On top of that the food isn't even good, no flavor and over cooked brisket. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
Side note their food look good in the picture but was nothing like that. Also no condiments for the baked potato, just a potato in a box smh. It's been an hour and I still can't get over the way this situation was handled and how disappointing...

Overall experience was not good.
-service: really bad. — employees are siting at the tables using their phones. Once I entered the restaurant, one of the employees stood up and walked towards to cash register with a long/stiff face (like I’m bothering her because I walked in to the restaurant) and did not said a word; no welcoming or offered to help me with the menu. I ordered and she repeated what I said hollering at the kitchen employee.
—food: -I ordered a lunch portion (pulled pork) and a small drink ($2.99 for a small drink) -no 2 meat option. -pork flavor was bland. -served with plastic forks/knifes.
