I went to this location for the first time on Easter. Even though she was working on a holiday, Ashleigh was a gem 💕

I'm trying to eat healthier especially driving for Uber.

I had downloaded the app and after my first purchase I had a reward for a free smoothie. I was going to order through app but it was going to take too long to pick up order so I decided to go to the location. Also, I didn't know how to redeem the free smoothie.

Ashleigh was kind, pleasant, and so very professional. She showed me where in the app my reward was. She made sure my food was fresh and delicious. 🥰 Also, on the app they have a "pairing combo" of a smoothie and flatbread. I didn't see that on the menu and when I asked her she was very courteous as she informed me that they offered that at the store as well. You know there are some apps, like Taco Bell, that have deals or offers that you can only get if you use the app.

I come to this location multiple times a week to pick up my mobile order for lunch being that it is so close to my job. Today was absolutely horrible, i placed my order the estimated time it would be ready said it would be 1:02pm, i get there my food was ready but my smoothie was not, so i wait about 5-10 minutes to ask how much longer for my smoothie, a girl asked the girl who was making the smoothies, didn’t catch her name but she was wearing glasses and pink shirt, she responds “ it will be ready when it’s ready”. so I keep my cool and continue waiting. another 10 minutes goes by and i ask for a refund just for my smoothie because at this point my food is cold and i needed to head back to work, they finally discover another customer had taken my smoothie. so they remake it overall took me 30 minutes to get my online order really unimpressed on how it was handled wasn’t offered a refund or an apology or...

Went and ordered one of each of the quesadillas there is one set of people that got their food right before me that was in there there's three cars in the Drive-Thru and somehow I still waited over 40 minutes for two quesadillas and the restaurant was not busy when I got there almost 40 minutes later I asked the cashier if my food was ready and she said she didn't know and she went back to making smoothies I asked her if she could check she said yes it's sitting right over there I will get it give me a couple of minutes I told her I just wanted my money back because those two containers that she pointed at had been sitting there for almost 15 minutes I don't want any cold quesadillas.. besides if I was there before all of them she could have handed me my food 10 minutes prior to this before she started making a dozen smoothie that was ordered 30 min after my food was ordered and paid...
