K Hibachi Jacksonville — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The food is always amazing, but my experience today was terrible. Went and got hibachi for me and my man, to go eat with him on his lunch break. Got all the way to his job, just to notice that one of the meals was steak and shrimp instead of chicken and steak. I couldn’t eat it because he’s allergic. So I called, and told them I would be back in about 30 minutes to get my meal after he finished his food. Specifically asked if they could have it ready for me, I didn’t care about it being hot. I just wanted to get my food and go home. I was already disappointed. Got there, and I still had to wait on my food to be prepared. Highly disgruntled by the service I received today. My fault for not checking before driving off, but after having to repeat what I wanted a thousand times over the phone I wasn’t...

Food was delicious, they were accommodating and made my meal with double vegetables and no rice upon request. My boyfriend liked the rice though! Steak, chicken, and shrimp were all fresh tasting and flavorful. Portions were very large! When I went to pick up the food, they did two steak and shrimp hibachis and I mentioned that I probably misspoke when ordering as I wanted one steak and shrimp, one steak and chicken. I admitted it was probably my fault and my boyfriend would eat the shrimp anyway so no need to fix it, but they insisted and made the food super fast! Prices were really fair.

Ordered online. Said about 20-25 minutes. Got the text it was ready within 15minutes.Picked up after a Ice Cream run. Easy to get to. Even in the cold is was a pleasant and quick stop. Wasn't expecting a food truck but the food is delicious. Order some crab ragoons, egg rolls and the shrimp and steak combination. Everywhere else doesn't know how to cook their veggies correctly but this place?! They did awesome. Melt in your mouth from veggies to meat. The ragoons were small but still good. Same for the egg rolls. They hooked me up with the yum yum sauce too. And for the price? I'll definitely go back again.
