I ordered "spring rolls/vegetable eggrolls" and the lady who took my order didn't have good comprehensive skills. She got the order wrong even after she repeated it. Then I talked to the manager April and she was sticking up for her. Completely unprofessional tone and responses from both of them.
Review update: When a restaurant makes a mistake with an order, they should apologize, rectify the mistake promptly, and offer appropriate compensation. This typically involves remaking the incorrect dish, offering a discount or free item, or even comping the entire meal depending on the severity of the error. I went all the way home and came back to the restaurant to be told I "said the order wrong" by the manager as she watched her employee say I was "complaining" and lied right in front of me. So be aware that the review after mine is very misleading lol but I expected that. 9 times out of 10 you will get a rude customer If you come off wrong to begin with. 🤗
8/15 - Response to P&M: As I spoke to the girl who took my order I went into details. I said "vegetable eggrolls...eggrolls that have vegetable inside of it...im not sure if you call them springs rolls or not, but thats what I want". She acted as if she understood by repeating what I said. I also never had this issue ordering it in the past. One extra vegetable eggroll/spring roll does not compensate the $2 difference. But I can tell by your reply, you stand strong on your opinion regardless of how I was initially treated or what I say, so there is no need for me to go into further detail about the service...
Read moreI am usually not one to complain because whenever I come to this restaurant, usually, everything is top notch. Not today! I walked in and sat down, only to wait just shy of 10 minutes before I was even asked for my drink order. I was finally was acknowledged, received my drink, and then had to repeat my order twice because the waitress wasn't listening. I received my Jacksonville roll and was never checked on again. I sat in the restaurant for almost an hour, and after my sushi roll was put down infront of me, the waitress never checked on me again. I had to go up to the counter to get my to go box and my check but only after I stood there at the counter waiting and looking at all 3 employees sitting down with their faces in their phones. Once I was acknowledged and received my to go box and ticket, the individual who decided to look up from her phone and finally acknowledged I was there, was extremely indifferent and snotty. Read moreSo, lets start with the order. They got it wrong, I didnt realize this until i had gotten back to my hotel room. I called, and they had realized they had messed this up too. They told me they would take off the charge and i could come pick up my order, I asked if I needed to bring the wrong order back, and was told no. 10 minutes later as im almost at the store, they call asking me bring back the incorrect order. I convey my irritation over the phone, and turn around and go get it. I arrive at the store and ask the young man at the front why i was told to bring the food back after he had told me it was not required. I couldn't care less about the wrong order, i was more than happy to bring it back, but i care about the time they wasted me and seemed to be apathetic towards.
