The manager is very very rude and nasty.I just left kfc on powers avenue me and my daughters ordered some food we had to pull around to the parking spot and wait on our food so the young guy who work in kfc took our food to the wrong vehicle.so I went inside to complain can you believe that the manager and assistant manager both was arguing with me because I said that the man they gave my food too could of had covid that was nasty they made me keep my food and I was very upset the manager was so so nasty to me and my kids..she was gonna give me a refund so I can leave her store but since I had a sarcastic laugh she called the police on me and never gave me a refund..and the police came and said the manager said I cannot get a refund .if my child get sick I know it's from there.the man that they gave my food too at first had his hands all on my ten year old daughter chicken sandwich..please fire the manager or assistant manager they are so nasty...i did nothin to the manager or her staff and she called jso on me that was so wrong..covid is no joke my daughter wanted kfc so bad she ate it.i want my refund..and like I said I hope she...
Read moreThursday at 12:30pm, peak lunch time. The drive thru was backed up so we went inside to order. We were the second people in the line. After waiting awhile for a young lady to appear at the register, she took the order of the first person in line and eventually returned to take our order. We placed our order for grilled chicken, when she said "original or crispy" I replied "grilled" thinking perhaps she hadn't heard me. She replied "original or crispy", requiring me to ask if they served grilled chicken. Perhaps she was filling in for the cashier or perhaps she is tired of the question but it seems like a better response would have been something along the lines of "we no longer serve grilled chicken, we only have original or crispy". After waiting 15 minutes for our order to be taken, we left the restaurant without ordering anything. One lady who had been waiting for her food the entire time we were waiting to order was still standing beside the drink machine when we left. They do not have enough employees and the employees on shift have not been trained in customer...

Got to window employee was still on phone waited ten minutes at which point I noticed a black customer on the inside ordering his food and getting it immediately. At this point I was upset so I knocked on window to find out what was taking so long was greeted by another employee being explicitly rude to me for knocking on window. I asked what was taking so long and was cussed out by both employees. The manager then came to the window and straight up lied to us telling us she asked the employee to take a picture for her. I could see his phone the entire time and it had nothing to do with work. KFC should have better hiring and training procedures and especially at this location it is a dice toss as to the service and quality of food you receive.
