Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I use this location more than I care to admit. Today when I ordered my pizza, I waited an hour to call and check the status because my tracker said it had been delivered. When I called the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. When I tried to tell her that my tracker said it had been delivered, she proceeded to yell that the driver was stuck at a train. I called back (at this point I am furious because not only do I not have a pizza after 1.5 hours but customer service was absolutely unacceptable). A gentleman answered the phone and proceeded to apologize and stated he had already noted for a free pizza next time. I asked for the young ladies name to include in my complaint to corporate but of course he wasn't sure who it was. Until they have new employees who have a slight bit of patience, I will not spend any more money there.

Edited to add the pizza finally showed up 1 hour and 52 minutes later. It was not the drivers fault and unfortunately I requested a refund and sent the pizza back. In hindsight, I wish I had given the driver a tip in cash so he didn't lose out as well.

Customer service goes a long way, and Papa Johns should encourage their employees to provide better...

Absolutely the worst ever. I use to like Papa John's. Yesterday worse experience from this franchise ever. Ordered pizza and when I got it it was like it was a day old. Called the store and they sent another out but delivered to the wrong address and when I called the store manager they refused to make it right. He was obnoxious and rude blaming me for their problems. I strongly recommend not eating from this store and recommend going to Sam's to get your pizza. Eat here if you want to waste money and loose weight. You will accomplish both at the same time Horrible, horrible experience I give 1 star because they not have 0 star. So in the end I was out cash and food and the manger wouldn't correct their problems. Sad

You can tell by all the bad reviews that the owners of this establishment do not care about what is going on there.

When business gets below a 4 star rating the local government needs to step in and review there books and business practices. If not comply shut them down til they do or shut...

Stop using DoorDash for drivers. Switch to Uber. There is no way for us to communicate with drivers outside of the phone that them hoes never answer. Then they run off with our food. Truly yall dropping the ball using Wack ass DoorDash. Also yall make enough money to invest in drivers and pay them good. Otherwise yall keep giving free pizzas and wings to these drivers. I waited 4 hours for a pizza that never came and was reordered VIA THE MANAGER but it still never came. Yall need to press charges on drivers that don’t deliver that way you can hold door dash accountable. Keep in mind this is like the 7/8 time that the drivers really run off.
