This Larry's location is smaller that others that I've been to, but they made great use out of it and still found a way to include the big gorilla. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic (August) and was very disappointment with my experience here. To begin, there were four staff members that were present while I was visiting. One staff member was training someone who seemed to be new, which is great that they were able to hire for the pandemic. One staff member was taking phone calls and that left the other member to make the subs. The training person was not practicing good "COVID" manners. She had her mask below her nose the whole time we were there. She was very dry with us when we were ordering, as if we were an inconvenience. She interrupted me multiple times while I ordered to ask if that was all i was ordering. She mentioned the tip process and said that we can skip it if needed. I gave a $7 tip on a $20 ticket because I know it is a trying time during COVID. There was no mention of the tip from her and she began goofing off in front of the person she was training. The girl on the phone had her mask off or below her nose the whole time we were there. She was very close to her co workers with her mask off and made me uncomfortable. After pulling her mask off, touching her face and putting her mask back on, I did not see where she washed her hands to go back on the line with the young man making the subs. His mask was securely on his face. While this is the closest Larry's to me, I'll have to truly crave it to go back to...
