The only reason this location got 1 star is due to the owners lack of care for the employees! The employees are awesome!! Keep reading to see why. As we all know little ceasers pizza is good for hot and ready and very reasonably priced. Well, I just have to say, that I was just at the baymeadows location and the A.C. is broken. I couldn't handle being in there longer than a couple of minutes and the poor staff members have to work closer to the oven than I was and they are pouring sweat! I'm not mad about the fact that they are sweating over food but, I am EXTREMELY upset that the owner of this location has done nothing about it!!! They are going to have a heat stroke in there! So, OWNER..... what would you rather have? The cost of an A.C. repair or replacement or the cost of a life (due to the extreme heat)? I told them that I managed a pizza restaurant in my late teens (about 20 yrs ago) and if I had this situation and it was not corrected in a timely manner, the store was shut down!! The staff here is always friendly and fast but I dont want to come here due to the lack of team members being cared for as human beings. So, I hope this review makes its rounds and the owner loses money due to less business. If your cheap and dont take care of the team then why should the customers put money in your pocket?...
Read moreYesterday, I placed an app order for a thin 2-topping pizza and a personal Pineapple Pepsi soda, along with a cheese pizza and crazy bread with sauce. When I went to retrieve my order, the bread and sauce were stuck on top of the pizza boxes, making it difficult to get my food. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for help, but I thanked them graciously even though they also did not have the advertised Pineapple Pepsi and left to have a quick picnic with my daughter and grandchildren. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza had a different texture, almost like they used deep-dish for a regular round, and the crazy bread was too soggy with butter and undercooked. When my daughter and I opened our second pizza, it had the wrong toppings. I went back inside, and the same staff member seemed bothered to help with the issue. They made another pizza, but it STILL had the wrong toppings the second time around. I was not willing to wait an additional 15 minutes for a third attempt at getting it right. Eventually, they refunded my entire order without discussing the matter with me properly. It was a frustrating experience, and the store needs some training to improve...
Read moreI ordered a pizza fresh 3 meat. It's dry as hell in everyway and stale. The crazy bread was just oil and like 5 pieces of cheese. I look at the email, I ordered it at 6:29pm pick up so a fresh one should have been ready by 640-645pm. No in the email at 6:35 they just put an OLD dried out pizza. Smh, on top of that the "supervisor" I assume owner couldn't even make the inconvenience of driving back over there after a 12 hour shift right for the costomer. No refund, no anything, just we will remake it, what he should have said was we will steal your money and time and "ACTUALLY MAKE YOUR PIZZA". After tonight we will be taking our buisness to a different location, because that owner clearly doesn't care about the quality of his buisness or valuing the customer. But he has a sign hanging up asking for you to value theirs, hypocritical.
After reading further reviews if this is a franchise. Little cesar should deny doing buisness...
