My brother and I visited on a whim, and it was incredibly fun! We're both home VR enthusiasts, but playing in their free-roam environments and being able to walk around is a HUGE step up in experience! They've got a bit of a variety in games with support of up to 8 players. Themes range from zombies, robots, and Far Cry (though it seems like an on-rails shooter set in the Far Cry universe, not open-world) They've also got two different game modes: Player-Vs-Player, and Co-Op. My brother and I decided to play the zombie survival co-op and it was really fun! The game itself is really intense! This store location is recently opened, so all the equipment still has that brand new feel to it. The (huge) in-game levels use the entire space of the game room, so you don't have to worry about hitting physical walls unless you're running into them inside the game as well. Tracking is amazing, you can quickly turn 180 and backpedal and your guns will still be perfectly tracked! Gearing up takes about 10-15 minutes to put on a backpack, VR goggles, and headphones. All equipment felt low-encumbrance, though make sure to properly strap it up snugly. Staff were very friendly as well! They also take pictures/videos of your party as you're playing, and you get to keep them at the end for free. Overall it's a great experience, even if you already play VR games at home. I'm definitely coming back bringing a larger party!

So I wasn't sure what to expect when I found Zero Latency on Google. We have been to several VR locations. Each having different set ups. First as soon as we entered we were greeted and asked a couple questions on how we found them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had already booked online. They took their time explaining each different game and kind of what to expect. We we're pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm in which they not only greeted us with but the entire experience. They also explained they would take pictures and video of our experience for us. This VR has no cords attaching you to the floor or the ground. This VR is attached to a battery backpack with headset & headphones with mic. When I say this is a 360 degree experience it was. From ceiling to floor. The graphics were awesome and fun. The game master gives you helpful hints as you go which adds to your first time experience. I can get motion sick depending on the type of VR and thankfully I did not. This was action packed fun. We did a 30 minute VR game and by the end my arms were getting tired from the gun and expect to sweat as you are constantly moving around avoiding gun fire in the game. This was a spectacular experience and I would highly recommend it.

Ok, this place is amazing. While the pictures might not seem super exciting, what is happening inside the headsets is nothing short of magic. The graphics and incredible surround sound truly made it all seem a little too real in the scariest and best ways possible. The adults tried to escape murderous kidnapping pirates while tripping on the weird mushroom gasses in Far Cry and the kids battled zombie hordes while running through sewers, down dark hallways, and jumped onto helicopters in Outbreak. Both games we tried were awesome, whether in the smaller group of us 3 adults or the madness of 7 screaming and shouting and flailing kids of all ages. Alex, Stephanie, and Kevin made the experience amazing with their friendliness, knowledge of the games, their game master guidance through the headsets, and the amazing tech they offer. This takes VR to a whole new level and we cannot wait to go back. It was without a doubt a unanimous hit from all three families. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! Thanks to the team at Zero Latency Jax!!!!

Unforgettable Zombie Apocalypse VR Experience!

Rating: āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

Zero Latency truly took my virtual reality (VR) experience to a whole new level! If you're a fan of heart-pounding adventures and have a secret desire to face off against hordes of flesh-hungry zombies, then look no further than Zero Latency. Trust me, you won't regret it!

From the moment I stepped into their state-of-the-art facility, I knew I was in for an extraordinary adventure. The friendly and knowledgeable staff guided me through the process, ensuring that I was comfortable with the equipment and briefed on the game objectives. Their expertise and enthusiasm added an extra layer of excitement to the whole experience.

Once I put on the VR headset and grabbed the controllers, I was instantly transported into a post-apocalyptic world teeming with zombies. The level of immersion was mind-blowing! The graphics were incredibly realistic, and the attention to detail in the virtual environment was outstanding. It felt like I had been transported to an entirely different reality.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the adrenaline-pumping zombie combat. Armed with a variety of weapons, I battled alongside my friends as we fought for our survival. The intuitive controls made it easy to maneuver, aim, and unleash a hail of bullets on the undead horde. The sensory feedback was impressive too—I could feel the vibrations of the virtual weapons and the urgency of every situation.

The gameplay itself was intense, fast-paced, and brilliantly designed. Each level presented unique challenges, requiring teamwork, strategy, and quick reflexes to overcome. The whole experience lasted an hour, but it felt like mere minutes because I was so engrossed in the action. Zero Latency truly knows how to keep the excitement level high throughout the entire session.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this VR experience was. It was the perfect blend of cutting-edge technology, engaging gameplay, and thrilling storytelling. Zero Latency has created something truly special that I haven't experienced anywhere else.

Lastly, a special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic time.

If you're seeking an unforgettable VR adventure, look no further than Zero Latency. Go kill zombies for an hour, and prepare to be blown away by the sheer awesomeness of this experience. Trust me, you...

A really fun and unique experience. Unfortunately, we had a couple of issues that keep this from being a 5-star review; my play session was just my boyfriend and I and between the two of us we had 4 game stopping issues related to the headsets and backpacks, one of which prevented us from seeing the ending scene of the first of two games. VR technology is a lot of fun, but it's not quite consistent enough for me to 100% recommend this. If our group were larger (there's a maximum of 8) and issues popped up just as frequently, we'd have stopped gameplay SIXTEEN times in a 30 minute session. When you factor in the $90+ price tag for two people, Zero Latency gets a solid maybe from me - definitely don't play in large groups and you'll have a better time. The gameplay itself was a lot of fun and there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. At the end of the day we had fun.

Edit to reply to owner: the headsets were very visually glitching and our game master had to pause the game and ask it we could see properly.... one of these instances was at the end of engineerium and prevented me from LITERALLY being able to see what was happening. The screen was shaking wildly and I got a big red "stand still" which had also happened previously to my boyfriend, which was when we paused the first time. Pause number two came from the battery pack coming loose from the backpack. None of these issues come from us being close to the wall or other player which did happen but the screen went red with the alarm like normal and did not stop gameplay. Thank you for taking the time to...
