Don't care for it at all. Went for a lunch and it was awful. Drinks are size not much larger than a Dixie cup. Husband ordered catfish, and it was 4 pcs of fish, w 2 sides. Sounds good but it was served with white loaf bread, and one piece was the heel of the loaf. I ordered a baked potato but they were out. Music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation and my lunch consisted of a very small scoop of Mac and cheese, and a small cup of baked beans. Each side was $5 each and a drink for $3. I threw away the beans. Husband ate a piece of bread, the fish and his Cole slaw.
For about $30, we wasted money and time in a place that did not seem like they cared whether we liked it or not. I don't know how long they will be in business, but we won't be back. Wish them...
Read moreWe are disappointed. I usually only post good reviews & just don’t return if the food is bad. We thought we would try the barbecue because Rocket was closed on Sunday. We ordered a pound of pulled pork that comes with NOTHING ELSE besides meat. It was only $15 though, so that didn’t seem so bad for JUST the meat. However, they charged an additional 3% for using a credit card, AND 11% for a “to go service charge”, AND another 11% for a “to go supply fee”! After we stopped to buy buns and potato salad, we were anxious to get home to try the barbecue. Again … it was a disappointment. The pulled pork was mealy, mushy, and SALTY! Sadly, it was the worst barbecue we’ve...
Read moreGreat dining experience. The children had the junior chicken tenders and fries, I had BBQ sandwich and potato salad, and my husband had the fried catfish filets with collards and french fries. We also ordered two go plates of chicken wings and BBQ sandwich. The sweet tea is awesome. The best BBQ sauce I've ever tasted. All of the orders were delicious and the service was great. They serve Chicken and Dressing and Deviled Eggs on Sundays only. Great...
