WE had a bridal appointment made with a consultant/owner/ not sure she never properly introduced herself. Once she showed us upstairs to the dresses she excused herself for a phone call she had to take. She returned about 45 minutes later and chastised our group like we were children saying we were in the wrong area for trying on dresses. We were never assisted as she was on her phone call and assumed that you would go to the more secluded part of the "dressing room" verses being in full view of the outer portion of the room. Yes, we were the only ones in the store at the time but, is this how you would normally conduct business? Also when we assisted the bride and then attempted to put all the dresses back in the bag we once again were "in trouble". Yet were were left to do everything ourselves with no instruction besides only bring four in at a time. She told the bride one thing considering the dress alterations then when she was questioned by someone else in the group she immediately changed her previous opinion. Was she just trying to get more money? There were very few dresses to choose from and several of the ones that were tried on smelled horrible with one even having make-up on it. She never recommended any accessories to complement the dress. Bottom line terrible service, choices, an accommodations. She made snide remarks and showed zero enthusiasm for this special day. An ultimately lost a sale due to such...

My Granddaughter had an appointment at 1:00. Finally at 1:30 we got to go upstairs. She tried on alot of Beautiful dresses with her Mom and Aunt's help. Her Mom didn't get to experience her coming out and the Wow factor or Not the one dress! She was busy trying to help her daughter get into the dresses!! I always thought it was the job of the employee to do that so everyone could have the same experience! The dress she wanted was discovered to have a rip on the side and several buttons missing! She asked if it could be ordered and it couldn't. She asked for a discount on the dress as is, the boss would only give her a 5% discount other than the 10% off automatically given if you come there to buy your dress! It's hard to pay $1200 + on a broken dress!! They lost a sale on it because if they would of discounted it to $1000 out the door she would have bought it and paid the $300 for the fix!!! Sorry not Sorry...

The nice people! I have bad knee so they ran up and down them stairs. Bringing me wedding gowns to try ! Peaceful atmosphere 5 years ago, daughter in-law got hers there. Now I have found my wedding dress there!! All Styles and come in Plus size as well .. Also plus sizes in stock!!! So us plus size wedding can also try before we buy!!!
