Got a Big Mac and fries. Fries were cold, pretty gross. The Bic Mac bun was so stale that it was hard. We called the manager Sabrina, who told us that if we came back she would make us fresh fries and burger and give back the bad food. We brought the food back to show her so she could see for herself how bad it was. After driving back, and on the window there was a sticker saying it was closed (we live five minutes away.) Online it says open until midnight. We called and a guy answered and said Sabrina changed her mind and said we could come back in the morning, after we drove all the way back, at 11:01pm . How are the fries cold immediately after getting them, how is a bun with that many preservatives rock hard (how old can that thing actually be to be that way) and then we get there to exchange the food at 11:01pm and they won’t answer after Sabrina asked us to come back. So we wasted two trips to this place, and ended up with nothing to eat. My advice for Sabrina is to stop being a manager because she doesn’t care about the customers and go do something with her life that will have meaning and value. Give this job to someone with goodness, a caring person who has pride in what they do. I have worked more humble jobs than her job and cared much more about customers. And the guy who answered when my husband got there and argued with him that they were already closed after the manager ASKED us to come back, there’s just no care for a job well done. The world doesn’t care it seems about doing the right thing for the sake of doing what’s right. If you can’t be good at the little things in life, who will ever trust you with the big things?
We will not come back in the morning, or ever. Hopefully your terrible service will save my heart a future bipass someday is the only silver lining. I’ve eaten at amazing McDonald’s before with the very best, kindest people of the earth working there, and those people make a difference in the world even if it’s something small as being kind after a long day. I’ve attached a picture showing online it saying open...
Read moreThis McDonald's was the worst I had been to in a very long time. My family and I had went through the drive-thru and order a quarter pounder, a cheese burger and a chicken nugget happy meal. Most people wouldn't think that was a big order but after we played and pulled up the the second window the boy working asked us if we could pull up and around into the parking lot because the order was not ready and they had already asked a car to pull ahead and there was no more room for another car to pull up. As we did as he asked, we almost got hit by another car because the guy had us pull into a one-way! We parked..and waited...and waited..and waited as we watched other vehicles being told to pull aside and wait. Finally after some time, someone brought put our food..but not all of it. There was no cheeseburger so we yelled out and told the person that brought it out to us and he said he would go take care of it. After waiting a bit longer my husband got out of the car and went inside just to find the the guy wasn't "taking care of it" at all but taking orders! A girl ended up helping my husband get the cheeseburger and he came outside and got back in the car. Right as we thought we had everything and could finally leave, our five year old noticed that they also didn't give him sweet and sour for his chicken nuggets so, back inside my husband went. All in all, it was an awful experience and we will surely be avoiding this McDonald's...
Read moreThe cashier seemed more interested in talking to an off the clock employee and socializing then she did helping us with our order since the machines they have set up to give your order was not working properly and did not even print out a receipt for us to take to the cashier. Pretty certain they gave us the wrong size frappe but after that point we just wanted out of the store. Whomever made our McChicken did a great job however we had asked for extra pickles and they put two little pickles on each. The chicken seemed fresh though which is odd when going to this McDonald's. It is known as the worst McDonald's in this area and you only go there when you are desperate to put something in your gut. I honestly don't even know why you had a cashier up there. And the language in which they were having their conversation was not appropriate to be running such a well-known business. We praise the Lord our kids were not in there with us. The hand dryers in the bathroom barely work and there are no paper towels and I can't tell you when the last time the bathrooms were serviced. You do have good employees there some of them anyways and it is horrible that they get a bad rap for the employees that just want to ride the clock. Seriously can't believe these are the people who are wanting $18 plus an hour and all they do is stand there and begrudgingly help you when...
