Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I come to this dairy queen atleast every other night if not every night since I been craving strawberry milkshakes (and I only like dairy queen shakes) I have never had a problem always been treated nice and have had someone always take my order right then. Tonight I walk up to the window waited 10 mins.. no one is in there that I could see but the open sign was on.. I knocked on the window no answer. I called the store then a young man came out the back answer the phone and said yes they are open. I then get out of the car go to the window and the man has already went back to the back of the store again. I called back to the store and asked the young man if he was going to take my order? Man said yes and finally waited longer than a min for me to get to the window. I don't want to say that he was rude and I definitely don't want to get him into trouble but if he would take out his ear buds he could have heard my order the first time rather then me repeating myself. Also watch the window for customers. I love this location cause normally they already know what I want and they are always super fast. Justin if u see this review just know I am only writing this to try and help u.. definitley need better customer service skills. To the guy that is always in there working with the long hair you are an awesome employee you definitley...

Usually a good experience but today my pecan mudslide was half the size it normally is for the same price. (I have gotten it across states at many different locations including this one and never have been given one this size) I asked but the long line behind me made me just say nevermind and move on. Also, a pup cup is free at every location I have ever been too except for this one. Is it really a big deal to give free a tiny amount of your soft serve ice cream for pups? I do not mind paying for them but it was just surprising to be told you have to pay for something all others give free and...

I just absolutely love this place! Lol, I stop by too much, and I mean often like several times a week. For the most part all of the employee's are extremely nice, and they will go out of their way to make my order the way that I like it, and they always give me a lid on the side without asking, because they know that I will want one.
