Twin Ravens Tavern — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The Norse and Viking Era decor is really cool. My husband and I really liked the lengths they went to for design. However it took 2 bartenders to make a Tequila Sunrise and they still made it incorrectly. I ended up with Grapefruit juice and a spoonful of tequila it seemed. The bar has a sign that says talk of politics and religion are disrespectful in a bar. This seemed cool but then we noticed Fox News was being shown on the most visible TV. The music was also a little odd, they were playing more of a swing type music. A confusing experience to say the least. We visited after reading pretty decent reviews online but the experience wasn't consistent. The bartenders did not socialize with the patrons however they did take time to get takeout and...

For anyone who gives them less than 5 stars you're crazy.... I have never met a more caring and customer loyal staff and establishment ever... They took care of me when I needed it most along with another lady after hours.... and they never once even hinted at a complaint... not only that the bartender has a knack for drinks on the fly, one of the owners is amazing and totally people savvy, and the bouncers are definitely smart eye candy... if you havent stopped by I suggest you take the time... bc they take the time for their guests.... they stole me heart and I guarantee they will...

This place is the best viking themed bar I've ever been to. Matt and Pops run a tight ship. They've created Jacksonville's superior dive bar in a perfect spot in town. Nothing but nice people and good times here. I stop here weekly to say the least. You can order delivery food, charge your phone, play video games, shoot pool, throw darts, drink mead out of viking horns and throw axes.. what more could you ask for...
