McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Simply put- This McDonald’s puts every other McDonald’s to shame. They are just the best Their ice cream machine is always working. Do I need anymore details?? This place is right up the street from my house and I end up eating here more than I care to admit 😂 Not just for convenience, but because they get me my food with a smile literally anytime day or night. THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS.worth a second mention. Even after 9 pm. I’ve been there at midnight and gotten a McFlurry. The managers here, both the day and night shifts, take pride in their work. They do a fantastic job hiring and maintain a standard of customer service I’m used to seeing at a Chick-fil-A, not a McDonald’s. Fresh food, smiling faces, greetings at every window ( yes, they look you in the eye and smile at you!!! ) Many many many McDonald’s simply don’t do this. I’ve had so many bad experiences at McDonald’s i stopped eating it for over two years. This place has restored my faith in your company. At least a little. It shows that when you try you really can make excellence happen

Horrible service!!!!!!! The LITTLE GIRL got a HUGE attitude with me because I corrected her on my change I recieved from her. I SAY LITTLE GIRL BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND HER BEING SOO DISRESPECTFUL! My total was 14.74 and I gave her 15.75. She gave me a dollar and ten cents back! I told her kindly that she accidentally gave me more than I should have recieved. She huffed and was like I know!!!! Well if you knew wouldn't you ask for the amount back???? I was just trying to be an honest person even if it was nine cents! Common sense is far from what this GIRL had. Then on top of everything else I get home and I didn't recieve the 20 piece nuggets that I ordered and paid for!!! She didn't even ask what kind of sauce I wanted or anything! Also my fries were cold and nasty! They seriously need to step up and hire more intelligent and respectful people! I received the WORST customer...

This place has gone down hill so bad I went here the other day and first she rush me at the speaker kept asking me to repeat my order we'll come to find out when I got around to the window she ain't even have her headset on completely than she didn't give me any change back when she owed me $0.15 then had to wait for the manager to come back there open her drawer she ain't give me the correct change I went to the second window I told the girl that I wanted a Nickelback not all pennies because I gave her one penny and they all started laughing thinking it was funny it may have been $0.02 but I did that way for a reason my thing is it doesn't matter if it's $0.01 it's my money and they owed it to me and for them to laugh in my face was very f** rude I usually never have problems with them but here lately they have been nothing but shity I...
