After pulling in, my 16 yr old son made a comment about all the trash in the parking lot and near the entrance in the ground. It was a sign of things to come. Once inside (we decided to dine in) out was only about two minutes before we ordered at the counter. They have the order machines, but she was available so we went to the counter. We placed our order and went to get our stuff drinks. The coke was completely flat, so I switched to Sprite. It was not much better. We say down to wait for food. Whole sitting, I'm looking around the dining area and noticed it was just not clean. Multiple things stood out to me. The floors were clearly not mopped, as it was sticky anywhere I walked. The tables had not been cleaned properly and every table had some kind of mess on it. Salt, ketchup, wrappers, etc on every table. The ceiling tiles were dirty and dusty, several lights were out in the ceiling, and the AC vents had rust all over them. The walls and monitors had grease all over them and are in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There was a mop bucket just sitting out in the dining area (health code violation of not in active use) that was not touched during our entire 45 minute stay.
I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like if this is what the owner is willing to show as customer facing. Honestly, we all know we shouldn't expect much from McDonald's, but it was not a quality environment.
If you're reading this (franchise owner), you should be embarrassed! The store is in a busy location with heavy automobile traffic. The interior looks like it had been updated maybe 4-5 years ago (ish)... and I'm sure it was a pretty penny to get out redone at that time. What it is now is a shell of it's former glory and you should be embarrassed that it has been neglected this badly.
Get your hands dirty or get your crew to clean the place! The ceiling, walls, floors, costs 3 and legs, tables, monitors and windows. It might be " just" a McDonald's, but the price in claims and quality make people care and the lack of it in this location is a sign that people...

Placed a mobile pick up for a happy meal gave me the wrong drink when handed to me I paid for an up charge drink had I not noticed I wouldâve left with a standard juice box, heavily side eyed about being adamant about what I purchased. I got a spicy mcchicken bundle when I arrived in drive through for check inâŚ. On A SEPERATE TICKET all I asked and PAID for was that an 2 cookies. Did not get my cookies had to remind them of that. Got blank stares and slick remarks. Followed by attitude asking for my receipt when clearly they should be reading them in the first place.
When the boy who was mismatching and messing up all of my stuff came out to where I was pulled over at waiting on cookies đ he said here you go cause I already gave you that happy meal and it wasnât yours. LIKE MAKE THAT MAKE SENSEEEE how would I have a code check in know exactly what it was supposed to be when correcting you like Iâm just up here plotting on free McDonaldâs đ¤. And to make it even worse he tried to hand me a bag with another McDouble order in it with the cookies when he came out⌠so I told him that was incorrect I already got mine and took the cookies out. đ¤Śđťââď¸ You canât even do so much as remember what you just handed me who is enabling this behavior. Cause it happens literally everytime I go to this location itâs always something. Now Iâm home and he did in fact mess literally everything up I shouldâve excepted that whole bag because I literally got a McDouble only Mac sauce instead of my mcchicken đĄđ¤Ž A whole grown woman entertaining fast food foolishness just to receive Luke warm food after half and hour of waiting. I live 2mins away whyyy was my fries soggy and cold. At several points in time I offered those children my receipts BOTH. A bunch of kids that...
Read moreMcDonald's used to be a place that I liked to eat from. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to someone that was homeless, and starving. McDonald's lacks: customer service, professionalism, and care for its customers (probably because they don't care who they hire). I am not just talking about this particular one, though it is horrible (I called to complain about my order: the person that answered the phone was too busy playing to figure out anything. I asked for a manager, who came to the phone, didn't give his name or identify himself as a manager). I have eaten here a few different times. I pretty much always order the Crispy Chicken Deluxe meal. It comes with mayo (which is usually only on one side of the sandwich or its glopped on), tomatoes (two really small tomatoes, and lettuce (which is less than a handful because it's shredded lettuce). I always ask for heavy pickles and only get one or two pickles. I promise you that they give you pickles like it's coming out of their paychecks directly. THE MOST HORRIBLE PART IS THAT I ORDERED THE LARGE MEAL AND GOT A REGULAR CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH FREE, BOTH WERE DARKER THAN THE COLOR OF MY SKIN. THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY TO SERVE THAT TO SOMEONE THAT PAID THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR DECENT FOOD!!!! Every where has raised their prices, which means that as a customer I expect to get what I paid for. The large mango-pineapple smoothie that I usually order is usually more of a medium. They do the same thing with the large fries. McDonald's has really gone down the drain. Probably because their is no real accountability when it comes to customers being happy, it's all about money it seems. Do not eat from this...
