UPDATE FROM TODAY: Still the same.. Manager has changed and her attitude was better when Justin was the manager.. Now she's the manager and I guess their only concern is getting people "OUTTA MY DRIVE THRU LINE" I don't care where you go in this city you're always afforded the common courtesy of checking your order in line before moving on or moving up.. NOT AT MCDONALD'S! you need to get your food and get out of their line to not mess up their drive thru times when let's be real.. If my order's right, I'll be gone, if it's not then the line should be held up until it gets right and the drive thru times are accurate.. It shouldn't be you're submitting a time of 1 and a half minutes then it takes you 3 more minutes to correct the order! .. This new update was brought on by a nasty employee and poor customer service as usual with receipts that you can't read and yes I called corporate this time! I'm talking to the girl(polite) that handed me my food and politely asked for a readable copy and SOMEBODY from outta nowhere(rude, not the manager this time) comes up behind her and says we can't do that I said yes you can the manager reprinted it last time and then she said well you can't sit outside my window! (She did all of that and the order was wrong: we ordered 2 SEC mcmuffins and got 1 McMuffin and 1 SEC biscuit🤷🏾♀️.)So the first girl said I can bring it out to you because I told her we weren't pulling up. The driver told her he wasn't trying to sit out there for 10 minutes waiting for a copy; it came in 3. I was already on the phone with corporate. It's been like this for at least 4 months. Whether it's printed from the back window, the front window or the first cashier counter, they all look like that.. It took 3 people to come REPRINT a copy I could read and they were HOT about that.. Then had the nerve to ask what I needed a readable copy for (the manager)and was I trying to get a free sandwich?..I sure was not..I have enough POINTS to do that ma'am I need a receipt that I can read for my purchases PERIOD! Find someone else's business to get into.
-----(review from 7mo ago) Another messed up order.. trust that 9 out of 10 times it'll be something missing wrong or off about it.. staff politeness is hit or miss.. and you'd better ask for every single item or you won't get it.. SERIOUSLY from their own mouths! If you want ketchup, you better ask.....straw, napkins? Same.. and if you ask for extra ice and they don't give it to you it's a 27 cents upcharge for it at the window when it should've been free...

Was there with two of my kids last month and I was using my mother and I points to feed us ( single mom of 8 and elderly mother homeless) and the lady that worked there served my second oldest son with my mother points on her phone and than one of my orders from my phone and when I notice my 2 other orders were up on the serving board but than disappeared so I went up to the counter and asked about my order and she asked one of the workers where is my order and the lady kept saying I got it and I kept telling her I didn't and she was starting to get mad saying I already got my order and than another worker came out and asked did I used the kiosk and I told her yes and a few minutesater I can hear the lady in the back still saying LOUDLY I gave her her order she lying and I even showed her the recipes from the kiosk and than she says what time did you make the order and I'm like thinking what that got to do with me not getting my food and than she says after oh well you did your order pass so on so on time and I'm like 🤔😡🤦🏿♀️ I have recipes in my hand showing my order numbers. Soon another worker came up and she apologized for the frustration and what not and said they'll have my order up and as I waited I was trying to calm down my blood pressure cause when I was pregnant years ago with my twins coming from a doctor's appointment at shands hospital( UNF&Shands🤷🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ whatever it's called... ) and the lady there swore she gave me my order and said I must of ate it cause she served me and when the manager came out he provided me with a free drink and an extra large fries but I haven't went back until this year with my oldest son. Read moreI recently visited this location twice within an hour because I was getting food for my children on the way somewhere and then food for my husband on the way back home. The first time I came through, I received my food and sat at the pick-up window for an extra few seconds to confirm I had everything. When I went back the second time, I drove to the pick-up window and immediately heard several employees talking about me, saying “That’s that same lady!” Upon receiving my food, I again sat for a few extra seconds to confirm I had everything, and very quickly and rudely the cashier urged me to drive forward because I was holding up the line. I informed her what I needed to do because they have forgotten or messed up my order previously. I was disappointed (though I shouldn’t have been... this is McDonald’s) at such rude and unprofessional employees. I could hear all their comments about me (yet so many people check their bag before leaving because they don’t want to go back!). I fully understand that the employees were peeved that I was causing their drive-thru timer to beep, but if they would consistently bag my orders properly, I wouldn’t have any issues. I’m sure people say this all the time, but I never have an experience like that at Chick-fil-A.
