I gave 5 stars because MPressed Hair Studio is the most professional, friendly environment I have ever visited. Back in 2014 was my first visit to MPressed. My stylist is Melissa. I've been more than satisfied with any style that was done to my hair. I've had hair installation to transforming to natural locs. The atmosphere is very nice, and the salon decor is beautiful and classy. They even offer beverages! I especially like the fact that its a one stop shop. You can purchase your bundles and have them installed and also any accessories you may need. The staff is courteous and professional and they never over book so you're not sitting there for hours to get your hair done. MPressed has done so much for the community, like giving free hair styles to high school students, from offering internship with cosmetology students. This place is a gem & I will be back again! - This was my first time visiting the salon, and my experience was amazing prior to me arriving, and even better during my visit. Melissa was very responsive and informative prior to me booking a service, and answered all my questions. She was able to squeeze me in last minute, and just blew my mind with the results. I didn't have to wait 45 minutes to get seated, she was extremely friendly & made me comfortable (which isn't easy lol). Her & Brittany's hospitality were refreshing as well. I would highly recommend this place for natural hair, weaves, and they also have barbers. If you want the exact style and professionalism bundled in one, this is the place to go. I absolutely love this Mpressed, I have been a customer for years. The owner Melissa and her employees are very professional, kind, and efficient. This team truly have all of their customers best interest at heart and provides stellar customer service. Not only has my hair been treated and is now thick beautiful and long, but the team also taught me how to maintain my hair. They recommend outstanding products such as shampoo and conditioner suitable for my hair texture. I was also introduced to a product by the name of "RESTORE" to help grow and strengthen my hair.
