My family and I LOVE Mongolian BBQ. There's so many options when building your own bowl- there's something for everyone! Even picky children! We ALWAYS get the noodles but they also offer rice (in addition to OR as a replacement for the noodles). I always put lots of veggies in mine as well as pineapple, which goes really well when you use the provided sauces to make it SPICY! They also ALWAYS have really, really good sweet tea. Highly recommend 👌 Definitely worth trying if you haven't yet. They even have a small salad on offer, and a few desserts! My ONLY complaint or reservation is that customers, while serving themselves don't pay attention to where they're placing the utensils used to get toppings and "contaminate" them. Also, some parents allow their kids to grab items with their bare hands and don't say a word! That's just gross, truly. I don't know if it's a discipline issue, they just don't care, the kid doesn't whatever they want at home.... or?! I have 4 kids and would never let them do that. I make the kids go before me - oldest first and youngest right next to me so I can watch them and correct them if needed. Staff is always super friendly (don't forget to tip!) and it's always fun to watch them prepare your food on the large round grill!

This is one of those interesting restaurants that's been around for years. It has a buffet set up, so all you can eat! There is a buffet where you pick your food for your plate that the cook prepares right in front of you, then you take it back to the table. So no more worrying about cold food coming from the kitchen here. They basically have a large round flat cooking surface that they place the food on and they walk around in circles pushing the food with 2 large sticks as the food cooks. To your dish you have many Asian inspired choices, and sauces to add. So if you want chicken and broccoli, or steak and onions, or maybe shrimp with zucchini, it's all up to you. Then again, if you want them all, you can do that too, with a lot of other combos to choose from. Now I do want to let you know that the salad bar and dessert bar are extremely small, but remember the highlight is the main buffet, but it is still nice to have. The only thing they need to add is yum yum sauce, it's a shame I tell you!!! They might have even gotten 5 stars. Also remember this is an older restaurant, so it's far from beautiful. With that being said, remember that it also tells you the food is good, because customers can't get enough.

Walked in. It was SO hot. We all sweat while we ate. Even the dessert melted. One bowl of our food had a hair in it. My kids chicken nugget meals were raw chicken. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t even care and still charged us for the fries. Waited forever to get refills on water. When I mentioned the hair in my food they didn’t even say anything. Tables were so sticky and gross. DONT come here. There was only ONE other table when we got here too.

Not the friendliest crew… but I didn’t travel 71 miles to “meet the crew” per se; we showed up to eat! I was SUPER excited because the Mongolian grill restaurant in Greenville shut down and It had been a while since I had that type of food.

The atmosphere wasn’t the cleanest but looking past everything, it was doable. We waited in a long line, but I’m used to the wait in terms of this type of restaurant usually having one grill.

The floor was nasty 🤢(especially around the grill) and tables and chairs were sticky. Due to COVID, I will not complain about the one waitress for the entire restaurant. Her words sounded happy to help but when attempting to get her attention, you could tell she was frustrated when called upon.

The unfortunate part was, they temporarily ran out of meat for the buffet! Here I am, standing there with 4 whiny kids waiting for meat after informing the crew TWICE. 10 minutes is a long time to wait for meat after already waiting for a long line of people to begin with.

Matter of fact, the family behind us (in line) told us that this was their SECOND time coming up to the buffet without meat. The crew FINALLY brought some and our food was cooked but it tasted “meh”. 😒

Normally, you’d get soup, rice and bread with this sort of meal and as we looked around, we noticed we had no soup like other people. I asked the waitress about our soup and she said, they had no more! NOT ONE PERSON explained this to us until I asked and we already had our food. (I witnessed another couple being briefed on this “soup shortage” prior to ordering their drinks (same waitress… NOT FAIR).

At checkout, I asked since we had no soup like others, if there was a discounted price and the answer was a big fat “NO”. For my fiancé and three kids (1 infant-not included), we were charged $73.00! No discount or ANYTHING! I feel ripped off and I will highly encourage my family and friends to refrain from eating at this restaurant. I DO NOT recommend it! Save your money… I wish saved mine… I...

We've come here a lot in the 9 months we've lived here because the flavor of the food is always good. I don't know what's changed in the last 2 months but the place has fallen from a barely 3 star, but good, hole in the wall, to disgusting 1 star. The whole cook area is disgusting, the restaurant stinks, the service was horrible. There used to be a middle aged asian lady that was the sole waitress during Covidd, and she kept the entire place hopping. This new girl is a teenager or early 20s at best, 20 minute wait for utensils, had to go chase her for drink orders. Table were sticky and nasty, the white rice we asked for we got barely a spoon full for 4 people. No refills of soda even though we asked twice. Thanks.

They had 2 cooks now, one younger white kid with long hair that should've been in a hair net clearly being trained and lost. The cook top seemed barely hot enough to cook the food. Normally when they throw a plate on it sizzles, today it barely bubbled. The sticks themselves seemed dirty and just caked with grease. When they'd plate the food, around half of it made it into the bowl, and the other half went into the trash trap circling the cook top. It looks unsanitary and just disgusting. The white kid was pouring sweat down his face onto the cooktop... really guys????

It took 30 minutes from grabbing a bowl to getting handled barely cooked pork. No chicken, half the ingredients were out, most of the sauce empty. I don't know if they had an ownership change or what, but this went from good hole in the wall food to just disgusting. I'm not a clean freak by any means, but this was just nasty all around. I've seen food trucks in the middle of nowhere third world countries that are...

If you stopped coming during the times of a hot and muggy dining experience, give it another go! It has improved so much.

TLDR: Food quality has improved drastically and temperature and the environment is nice compared to the last few years. Give it another shot if you stopped coming around 1-2 years ago. It has changed!

I have been going here with my family for years. It was good up until COVID and then they had a bit of a rough patch where it was hot, the food quality was passable and it was not a pleasant experience. We stopped coming around a year or two ago and have only now decided they were with another try and can I say, there has been much improvement.

The temperature is. Nice in the building now and not hot. The servers are attentive and polite. The food quality has gone up substantially, the food tastes fresh and no longer feels like it has been sitting out all day. Can I just mention their slices of cake? They. Are. Delicious... Before they were not that good and dry, and I honestly would come just for the cake slices now.

I know I talked about the heat, but a few years ago, it smelt like sewage and was muggy. The floors were damp and it felt like your shoes stuck Everytime you stepped. It seems they have foxes their drain issues as the floors are nice and it no longer stinks! They also have an incense mister at the front, which is a nice touch.

Sadly, there is no longer bread and the sodas now come in a can, but to be honest, I am fine with that change as everything else has improved so drastically.

If you stopped coming during their rough times in the past few years, give them another shot...
