Panda Express — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Every time i come to this place there is always a problem. Manager always has an attitude & they are always training employees.!! I spent more than 15minutes for them to serve my plate into small portions because they ran out of plates!! i had to explain them what i wanted multiple times the guy was confused he had no idea of how to serve and I got half of what i was supposed to get on a regular plate because my SMALL boxes were not even full. They tried to put 2 entrees on top of each other and i requested them separated since one of them had spicy chili the girl serving said on a rude manner (that was going to eat them together either way) how as i going to mix entrees if i had TWO separate plates? they were just so rude. Very disappointed . Its really close from my house but not coming back! I’ll rather drive 30+ to a different location. if i could give a -10 for this time i would.

oh and i Only came home to find one pz of beef on my brócoli beef (like 5) & burnt egg on my dry flavorless rice!

Also Last time i was here i got BURNT black teriyaki when i requested to get a better pz she took out the back pieces and put it back on my plate . I also had broccoli beef for which i was told to get something else MANAGER said to wait . A new batch of broccoli beef came out she served everyone else in the line . i had already paid for my food and when i asked her for my food she said oh you still need to wait. I WAITED 20minutes that day for a second batch. Very disappointed. Never...

I went with my family on Friday night around 8pm and there was pretty much nothing on the table besides chow mein/rice/orange chicken/teriyaki. But I am pregnant and I went specifically because I was craving kungpao chicken and broccoli beef, so then I told Conchetta that we could wait for it to be made. But then I was told “we aren’t cooking anything else at this time because we don’t get many customers this late at night”. My response to that was “but it is only 8pm and yall don’t close until 9:30”, I was not asking her to make a whole lot just 3 servings of kungpao and 2 servings of broccoli beef for me and my family but apparently that was an issue. I then asked for the manager and Conchetta stated “I am lead shift and will be manager soon, there is no manager working today” mmmm well maybe yall should reconsider givin the fact that Conchetta does not have very good customer service and seems like they were already closed an hour and a half early. I don’t usually complain about restaurants because I have worked in the food industry but sometimes people can just be lazy, it’s sad because I have worked at Panda Express before and yes I know things may change but I know for a fact we still cooked fresh food when customers ordered it an hour and a half before closing, I ended up going to the orange park location and there food was fresh and I didn’t even have to ask for them to make more food, maybe you should just keep your table looking fresh...

I've visited this location multiple times and had issues each time. From having to wait to order food because so many dishes are empty on the bar to watching them serve my food to customers and then attempting to give me tiny portions because otherwise, I'd have to wait again. I like Panda Express so I did opt to wait but that's extra time and frustration. I've experienced an encounter with a snotty little manager, her name begins with a C. I scanned a coupon from the app that apparently wasn't applied after having showed it to the cashier but was still charged full price I was advised that they couldn't make any adjustments and that they couldn't refund me but that I'd have to call customer service. There isn't a single sign posted that says that this is their policy so I was again frustrated. The manager was very patronizing and condescending which is a bit much in a fast food restaurant. No condiments were offered and no utensils were included in a to go order. That's their way of minimizing that expense I guess. Rice was hard because it was sitting in the warmer under the light for too long. Portions are fixed large for men and small and very controlled for women or anyone who questions the bar's appearance.
