Quick Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We were excited to try a new place and checked out the reviews first. Looked innocent enough. We ordered, they got our food out quickly, and we brought it home. That is where the good things end. Our food was disgusting. The cheapest quality you could ever imagine, terrible in taste, and an overall joke. I called to tell them that we were not satisfied with our meal, extremely disappointed, and informed them we would like a refund on our dinner. Good customer service doesn’t sit on the phone silently and FINALLY answer you after dragging it out of them with “well you need to bring the food back up here and then we will refund your card.” What a joke! Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth your time or money. There are better Chinese places all throughout the area that not only taste better, but will treat you better....

Stopped going here because I once ordered lunch and paid they had given me the wonton with the lunch I ordered a few to meet delivery minimum, I had gotten egg foo Yung, general tso's and garlic chicken and broccoli. I had eaten the wonton and tried the general tso which tasted like hot ketchup by far some of the worst Chinese I've ever had. So I called to ask for a refund I believe they had a guy come pick it up and not drop anything off in return he asked where the wonton was as if they planned to reuse them. I haven't been back sense. One of many bad experiences. I know love China dragon close by as well so much better in everyday cleaner and taste more authentic to...

Its growing on me.

The food is not bad, they have an extensive menu and the prices are very good, and the portios are huge. The egg rolls and twice cooked pork are world class...both my favorites of all time.

Nowl, the cornerstone of any good Chinese joint is the Hot and Sour Soup, theirs is terrible. It has no flavor, too much tofu, and too many unseasoned veggies like carrots and green onion stalks, it tastes like dishwater. My pork lo mein looked good to start but after I emptied the box I found no veggies and very little pork. The Beef and Scallop dish was outstanding however, needed seasoning but the beef was tender and the scallops...
