Spent 13 minutes in the drive thru this Sunday morning. When I placed my order, the lady taking my order said “Don’t worry, we got you!” in a very calming and attentive manner. She then said please pull around and was very nice. However, nice does not make up for this experience. We got halfway down the road to find out they messed up my son’s order, so we turned around and I went inside. I explained the problem thoroughly, and the manager retook the order and they immediately began remaking the order. I took the order and drove all the way home, set the table for a family breakfast and proceeded to unwrap what was now 2 out of 3 screwed up sandwiches (worse than the first mistake). They told us we had to drive all way back up there (again) to get a refund.
They told my wife on the phone they would give us 4 family sandwich packs. They never did that.
When I walked back into the store, the cook that handed me my order the second time around was looking at me through the pastry case shaking his head like, “Oh great here we go, another angry customer.”
I mentioned that to the manager and he just glanced right by it as if I didn’t even mention the head shaking.
They refunded me and sent me on my way without the compensation they said they would give.
I want to be clear when I say this…The manager told my wife over the phone with me standing next to her that he was giving us 4 free family packs of sandwiches, and he gave me nothing.
Enjoy wasting your time at this location. They can be nice and smile all they want, but incompetence and lying are a serious problem.
In the end, I wasted an entire hour (not exaggerating) and roughly 20 miles of gas and ended up with Zero food and Zero compensation that was already...
Read moreMy first EVER visit to Panera Bread at this location and they totally screwed up my Chicken Cobb Salad. Wasted my lunch 1/2 hour because with the nasty dressing they gave me, I couldn't even eat it.
Called the manager, Mike, because I was so unhappy, and mostly because I couldn't eat lunch, and being diabetic, I need to. Anyway, Mike understood completely and sympathized with me and offered me a second try and he comped me a salad.
Well, I went in today to get that salad, again, on my lunch 1/2 hour, and 1st, the girl that took my order asked if I wanted it there or to go. I told her to go and guess what? She hit the 'here' button. So I'm waiting for my to go salad and the food runner brings it to my table, in a 'here' bowl and on a tray. Well, needless to say, they had to re-make it, and I decided to get up to go to the counter and make sure they knew what kind of dressing I wanted. They screwed up the salad again. Then, they made it a 3rd time and now that I'm back at work to eat my salad, I see they screwed it up again! I ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad with avacado & blue cheese dressing and an apple. What I got was a salad with pecans, lettuce, onion, chicken, dried apple slices, tomato and what looks like blue cheese.
I am so HORRIFIED of the competency of this location. AND... I have only been to Panera Bread 2 times.. to this location. This experience was so traumatic for me, that I am beside myself. I, once again, being diabetic, cannot eat lunch because of the incompetency of Panera Bread.
This is beyond repairable and I will never again eat or recommend Panera...
Read moreI just sat in this Panera drive-through for 25 minutes, and the line did not move one car. The only reason I was able to get out of the line is because the car in front of me also left the line in the only opening in the drive-through. I went inside to ask for my order, which was just a salad mind you and the cashier proceeds to tell me I can't do anything you have to get in line the same one I just spent 25 minutes in and they haven't served anyone. You're telling me you can't go grab the salad I ordered and ring it up at the counter? This was the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Even if the car at the window had a big order, move them off to one of the 6 marked overflow spots in the parking lot! Use some common sense here. So after the non helpful person at the inside counter said she couldn't do anything. I go over to the food pick-up window and ask for a salad that took them all of 60 seconds to make. I then proceed back to the cashier, who is now sitting down at a table doing absolutely nothing and her my money and tell her to keep the change. Unless you like sitting in line while watching a bunch of employees who could care less about the job they currently possess, avoid this place...
