I would like to share my recent experience with this establishment regarding an issue I had with one of their security staff members. The day after the incident, I made an effort to contact the owner to address the matter directly. I called the business and left my number with a staff member who answered the phone, as the owner was reportedly preoccupied at the time. Unfortunately, despite my proactive attempt to resolve the issue, I never received a callback to address the situation. The incident in question involved a security guard who displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect toward me while I was at the establishment. He used vulgar language and became extremely aggressive, despite the fact that I maintained a calm demeanor throughout the interaction. I couldn’t help but feel that his behavior was fueled by underlying racial bias, which made the situation even more troubling. As a patron, I believe that no customer should be subjected to such treatment, and it’s concerning that this type of behavior is seemingly tolerated within a professional environment. An established business should prioritize respectful and professional conduct from its staff toward customers, as aggressive and disrespectful behavior reflects poorly on the organization as a whole. I feel that this matter warrants immediate attention, and I am owed some form of acknowledgment or apology for what occurred. It is my hope that the business will take steps to address this behavior to ensure that future patrons are treated with the respect they deserve. REPLY TO OWNER: I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled. Simply asking to buy another patron a drink and being rudely attacked does not constitute a behavioral issue. As the owner of the establishment, I would have expected you to reach out to hear my side of the story before siding with your employees. It’s important to remember there are always three sides to every story. Since you’ve stated that this is not up for debate, it’s clear you’re not interested in understanding my perspective. Thank you for making it evident what kind of establishment this is. By the way, the person involved was your employee in the photo. Lastly, de-escalation should be your priority, not escalating a situation that could have been resolved calmly.

Went out with friends last night and was happily surprised about being able to get Espresso Martinis at PP! My friends and I didn’t know about it but Kyle makes a damn good one! We now found our regular cocktail 🩷 Thanks Kyle!

I would never return to this establishment. We attended the St Patrick's Day celebration and had been to several establishments before standing in line to enter. While in line my husband and I were speaking with other people standing in line with. When we finally got to the ID checker and the metal detector guy..the metal detector guy stayes to my husband that the manager told him he was going to be trouble and to have 1 drink then leave! I did not hear this conversation, however, when he told me..there was no way in hell I would spend a damn penny!! My husband walked out and I asked the guy what was said, he tells me the same thing! Really?! Are you kidding me?

Of all the places we went to, funny thing is that this place discriminated against my husband!! Maybe they have a thing about heterosexual couples?! Anyways...

I told the black guy with all the HATE in the world my husband loves to meet new people and had done so at all the other establishments we had gone to! With no problem and took tons of pictures, even with the managers..this place was a joke!! Really talking to people in line and having a good time and hes told that "he looks like trouble". Maybe it was the bandana around his head, can you say discrimination!!

If you want to go to a bar and not talk to a damn sole and be told what you can buy and how many this place is for you! I will never return and ill be sure to give my opinion to anyone that asks or doesnt for...
