I went to get a Boudain Kolache, because I heard they make them,was very excited to try one.. Get there ordered Kolaches and some Donuts and when I got to work i had No Boudain Kolache inside,instead had the wrong thing.. I called back thinking they would fix their mistake but instead was blamed for their mistake.. its sad that a grown man and woman can't take accountability for their mistakes and instead blames the customer Smh!! I thoroughly enjoy this place right here in Jacksonville. They honor veterans and the food is handled with care and to the satisfaction of the customer. The donuts are light and sweet but not greasy or gooey. The plain glazed is fantastic. Not too chewy or doughy but still has a soft lightness and texture. The staff is to the point but considerate. When I bring in my young daughters, they speak to them nicely and my kids enjoy the sweet attention.
