Pho suck ! Over price! Goto Nudo Pho Vietnamese Restaurant on San Jose Blvd 10x better especially the broth soup you will not regret it bc I didn't! U know the saying [YOU CANT MISS SOMETHING IF DONT HAVE ]! Go try it out n compare u will see ! Prove me wrong ! Coconut serve with can Not fresh from coconut tree high price with none authentic ! Parking very limited even on a weekdays ! 1-10 over all rating i give 1 bc its a pho stop in Jacksonville not in Vietnam or LA or San Jose ! Try 1x is enough said ! I'm from Vietnam lived in La San Jose CA Honolulu Hawaii ! Had the best ever tasted pho 🍜 broth or soup very authentic! I can proudly said YES I m spoil eating Pho with the best ever in my life path n known the best pho when came across one BUT Qcup is definitely NOT 1 ! Qcup sound like a stop by drink place ! Hi all, First off, don't pay any attention to any of the negative reviews of this place, everyone know this is one of if not the best Vietnamese restaurants in town. I have been going here since highschool, and have known John the manager, Cindy and Tram, two of the waiters for a very long time. They have always treated me as a part of their family, and I feel very blessed to have known them for so long.

Not only is the food here excellent, but the Boba tea is the best in town, you cannot find any better in town, trust me I've had boba tea here for over 6 years, and never changed my place, ever they are simply that good. Not only is the boba tea good and the food excellent, the service is even better, I have brought my family here for my highschool graduation, birthday events, and just the solid casual dinner. John and the team here have always been the best to my family, and they will always be in my hearts no matter wherever I go. Trust me, if I am willing to fly all the way from France to Q Cup boba tea, thats how you know this place is good, and I have done it before, they are literally my home away from home.

I just want to really say thankyou to John, Cindy and Tram, for the blessings they have been in my life and to the staff of Q Cup Boba tea, I am very proud to award them five stars. Hopefully I can drop off my yearly holiday gift of Christmas flowers soon, if I am in town. I have dined at this place several times in hope that the service will improve. Every single time I have had lunch or dinner here, it is a hassle to get table service for basic things such as drink refills or the check. You have to try and wave the servers down or walk up to the reception stand to ask for something as they never come to your table (there are only about 1 or 2 servers on duty every time). They are not very friendly and don’t care to ask you if you need anything. When I ate here the last time I tried the egg rolls and the pork chop rice dish. The meat seemed like it wasn’t fresh upon first glance, but I thought well cant hurt trying something new. My stomach was bothering me a few hours after I got back to orlando, had really bad issues with that for the next day or so if you know what I mean… I don’t think I would say I had a good experience with this dingy place. I had gotten severe food poisoning that same night and the day after for whatever reason, however I did notice 2 of the cooks not wash their hands after using the restroom.
