Ten Seconds Rice Noodles and Ramen. Don't let the title fool you..They take the time to make your orders fresh and handmade delicious. Very extensive variety of ramen, hotpot, dumplings, noodles, rice, meats on sticks and drinks. When 95% of the patrons in the full restaurant are Asian, it felt legit, lol. Tornado potato on a stick was crisp, seasoned and hot. My fav meat stick was the lamb, well seasoned and super tender. Chicken on a stick had good portions, wisely used thigh meat as it was succulent and juicy. Squid had a chew, but was coated with a spicy kick. Pot stickers and dumplings cooked authentic Chinese style with a crisp bottom and tender filling. Pineapple shrimp fried rice had a bunch of jumbo shrimp and I loved the veggie fried rice with chunks of food veggies. Tonkotsu ramen had a creamy slow cooked broth, curly noodles had a chew and I really appreciated the thin sliced chashu pork with a caramelized sear which not all ramen shops do. I ordered the szechuan beef noodles, dumplings, and sausage skewers. The skewers were seasoned so beautifully, and sliced in a very appealing way that made it easy to eat off the stick. The dumplings were some of the best I've had anywhere, and that SAUCE was insane! Absolutely incredible flavor. But the Soup? Absolutely the star of the menu. I couldn't believe how delicious the beef was, how complex the flavor of the broth. So warming and spicy, and numbing from the peppercorns. The noodles were bouncy and deliciously chewy, and the add ins were perfect. The cabbage blew my mind with how crisp it still was even after being submerged in broth while I traveled home with it. Also absolutely genius to-go packaging for the soup. Not a soggy noodle in sight! I will absolutely be ordering here again, worth every penny! I'll be trying every...

I recently enjoyed dining at Ten Seconds on St. Johns Bluff Rd in Jacksonville, FL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the decor was tasteful and modern.

But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were exquisite. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality.

I particularly enjoyed their BBQ skewers & all their spicy noodle soup which was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly.

All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Chinese eateries. The combination of great service, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional food make it a must-visit for any foodie. I have been back twice...
