Very disappointed in the service and overall experience. I have been to plenty of Raising Canes in multiple states over the last nine years, but the raising canes on Camp Lejeune, Nc was a disappointment. I have visited this location three times and each time was worse than previous visits. The first visit I was told I could join the caniac club and receive a free box combo, I join the club and return to the register to claim combo and they say I must wait up to 48 hours to claim it. I was never told that otherwise I wouldn’t have joined and wasted 10 mins filling out the forms online. The second visit I try and receive the box combo after waiting the time, to find out that the system is down and all the manager could say was “sorry try again next time”. On top of not receiving the combo after I get done paying they tell me they are out of bread and don’t know when they will be receiving more. The third visit was today 8/30/2021, I come back almost a week later to no surprise the system being down and still have yet to receive a box combo for becoming a member. This store opened on 8/18/2021 so for the system not up and operating but still advertising is a lie and should be told upfront that the system is down hard. Again the same manager said “ system is down try again next time” she did not let me ask a question she just turned away and walked. I order my food pay and while I’m ordering there are employees arguing in front of everyone and makes a scene. I am very disappointed in this location with the customer service, on the third visit it took 15 mins to receive a box combo just to be told “we are out of Cole slaw” so now I have to wait to receive another item because they are not properly stocked. I do not know if anyone will read this but I won’t be recommending this raising canes...

Honestly, I'm sitting here in the parking lot & figured I'd look up the reviews as I've never been here before. I live close enough, but just don't come on base a lot (especially since the 172 TOP gate is pretty much closed).

The menu someone posted 2 yrs ago (TY) is nice, but the prices have gone up a lot! I don't like paying a lot for food. You expel it within a day or two, sooooo.

Anyway, there's plenty of reviews talking about how bad the food is, the drinks even taste bad?! Then the reviews about the staff being unprofessional or getting the order wrong, like forgetting part of the order. I'm sorry, but this is prob one of the easiest menus at a fast food & they can't get it right?!!

Think I'll go to Wendy's or Taco Bell across the street after all -much cheaper & they rarely mess up an order -& have lots more to choose from. Both have chicken products, too.

Maybe I'll try this when your reviews improve, & hopefully your prices come down. Heck, can't Even try it with a kids meal for under $5 as that's almost 7! Glad my kid is an adult now. I feel for y'all with big families. How do you eat out?!!

Oh, & the drive through line is long. There's 3 van accessible disabled parking spaces right out front & ramps to go inside. Not sure how good the inside is, as I decided not to waste my money based on...

I visited Raising Cane's last night at around 19:00 to dine-in, and I have to say my meal was spectacular! When you first walk in, it is refreshing how clean it is inside. The restaurant itself has a very modern feel, and I really like the overall vibe of the place. The lady at the register was super friendly and took my order in a timely fashion. She even accommodated my request to swap the coleslaw with an extra piece of texas toast.

When I received my meal, I was blown away by how fresh everything tasted for a fast-casual restaurant. The fries were some of the best fries I have had in ages, the chicken was so juicy, flavorful, and tender, and the sauce was great! The only minor issue I had was that I wish that the slices of texas toast were cooked on both sides for a little longer, but that is just a personal preference.

Overall, if you're on the fence about trying this place, and you happen to love chicken tenders, I would say definitely go and try it! The food was awesome, and the...

This is the new one on Base. I spent $60! The Fries were soggy and not fresh. My husband ate quite a few before finding out they are using green.. not ripe.. green potatoes! The honey-mustard is like water! The sweet tea was warm not cold. We bought a jug! The Coleslaw was soggy and not crunchy! The breading was falling off some of the chicken and not all of it was fully breaded! The chicken was so dry, I had to eat to coleslaw! They told me they couldn’t refund me, but replace my meal if I brought everything back. My husband and I literally grabbed food on the way to our hotel for our 8 yr Anniversary. We are trying to relax and now this! Can 💯 guarantee we will not be back! Hopefully, no one gets sick and this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is always so good and the menu is simple. I love the Canes Sauce and the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice with the disco balls and all the clean tables with upbeat music playing. The AC is really strong in this building so it does get a little cold. Probably because the workers are on fire cookin up the amazing fried chicken. I once tried getting some merch as well but I learned you can only buy it online. Might do that one day. Love Raising Canes!
