Starbucks — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I would like to say the atmosphere is great. But the young lady who name is “Scout” lacked courtesy and etiquette. I was in there picking up an order and she was having a conversation with two gentleman who were Caucasian and I was standing there for at least 2 minutes with NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I kindly waited then she looks at me and says picking up? I gladly reply”Good Morning “ and told her I was picking up a order. Then another lady walks in and stands behind the two gentlemen, and she politely says hello, good morning to the woman standing behind them I’m saying this, because this is Starbucks usually it’s a welcome to Starbucks. Good morning. She completely lacked etiquette, and she disregarded me and it wasn’t until I asked for her name she she shoots to tell me to “have a nice day”. On my way out. She wasn’t even going to acknowledge me even coming out the bathroom on my way out the door if I didn’t ask for her name. So I say this because those people didn’t look like me. Me and my friends walked in and the first thing a worker told us is that they were closed… at 3:00pm. When me and my sister ordered the same random worker proceeded to take a picture of us on Snapchat without our consent. I also ordered an iced matcha latte and they gave it to me hot, when I told them I asked for iced they proceeded to make me a new one then blamed me for their own mistake. Later on when me and my friends were sitting in the dinning area, the same worker who took a random picture of me and my sister rolled out of their break room in a rolling chair and proceeded to make a TikTok making sure we were all in the background, then rolled away. We were judged from the second we walked inside and we weren’t even doing anything wrong. The worker who kept taking pictures and videos was an adult while me and my friends were minors. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for I don’t even know how many months. I come 7 days a week on my way to work. I order the same thing every time. 4 shots of espresso in a TRENTA cup with ice. I pour my own protein type shake drink into the cup due to dietary restrictions. My shake fits into the trenta cup perfectly. Today I got denied my order and was told the “manager” said they can’t give out trenta cups anymore. Since when? Why? I’ve never even seen a manager there. So how would the manager know what I order in order to tell staff to not allow me to have the cup i ask for? I spend lots of money at this location to not get the cup i ask for.
