This was my first visit to this Starbucks. Actually, this review is my first trip to a Starbucks in more than one year.
Driving through to get a cup of coffee is not something I like to do. Interiors of Starbucks stores appeared to be closed for the most part during Covid. Also, as one of the leading "woke" corporations, I have just avoided going there as I did not want to participate in the company drive to have the baristas discuss my views on race or whatever the social issues of the day happen to be.
But, in this instance, the location was very convenient and I was waiting to pick someone up. So, despite having canceled my Starbucks membership some time ago, I found this location and visited.
It was very good.The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a few questions about the coffee selections, prices and the snacks. She knew all of the answers and I quickly made a decision for selections.
The coffee was good; it was hot, the cup was left as full as I had requested. and the chocolate croissant was delicious.
So, overall, a very good experience. And, to my delight, no one asked about my opinion on any social issues. That is excellent; I just wanted a cup of coffee and a croissant without interruption or having anyone tell me the latest iteration of Starbucks' social philosophy. Kudos to the folks here for letting me do that in a quiet, clean location!

Read moreI have had the worst experience at this location for the 3rd time and this morning just topped it off. I placed my order in the drive-thru was very specific about my order, I order the same drink almost every morning. I stated venti as ALWAYS they gave me small or whatever. Then they poured my cold brew in a venti cup NO ICE, I was going to keep going however, I just could not enjoy my coffee like this. I decided to go inside and the staff still got the order wrong AGAIN and I was VERY SPECIFIC 😡 then a young lady behind the counter that was not even making my drink stuck her big nose in the situation stating “MA’AM YOU HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC”. 1st of all, I don’t know how much more specific I had to be, STARBUCKS makes the recipe all I did was added 3-items. It got so bad the manager had to send her to back and repeatedly apologized. Afterwards, the tall guy decided to take chime in and add his two cent and he got sent to the back. The manager Courtney handled the situation VERY GREAT! She was professional and took control or the situation. (FINALLY MAKING MY DRINK CORRECTLY) Those employees need to be reprimanded and trained.
