After purchasing a table set and 4 chairs we weren't contacted for over a month about our chairs. When we finally reached out to them they said they just arrived that day. I don't mind mistakes, they happen, but don't lie to me, that tells me something about your businesses integrity. After that debacle I scheduled a delivery date and time. The chairs didn't show up by the latest delivery time. I finally got in my truck and just went up there. They then told me that they were having driver call in issues and everything was behind. That's fine, you need to call me when that happens, this does not help my trust either. I grab my chairs and as I am loading them up I notice a screw in one of them that has been drilled through the leg of the chair and out the other side. I bought the most expensive king mattress from the store manager that the store carried. Everything was okay until time for delivery and then it was a barrage of "you said/I said" and he became rude, sarcastic, and got an attitude. If you buy from this place get EVERYTHING in writing before delivery. I won't be back to this store although I'm not ruling out...
