100% worst experience I've ever had in my life... Decided to stop and get my dog a pup cup just to a rude lady say there out of them but yet I bought a small ice cream..how are you out of pup cups but have ice cream.. and be rude about it..decided to pull up to pay and get it and my truck decided to break a steering part causing it not to steer...so I limped it next to the garbagw and fixed it.. It took me maby 40 mins after walking to O'Reilly's to get the part and a lady wanted to come out and be really rude saying its not the problem and we're causing issues at the store..mind you I'm all the way at the corner of the lot not minding nobody not making a mess.worse experience of my life and the owner should get some new workers instead of some cocky little...

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and requested half hot fudge and half ice cream. First time had hot fudge in the middle. Told employee again half hot fudge and half ice cream. Second time barely any hot fudge on top. Third time still wrong. Waiting almost 8 minutes in drive thru pulled out and went inside to talk to manager. Not only did they make it wrong charged me more without telling me….after explaining to the manager what I wanted she told me I should have ordered it with lite ice cream and she put 3 pumps of hot fudge.I said you didn’t make it even close to half and half… worst customer service ever. Will definitely use this experience to show people how not to treat their customers and try to over charge them without...

Went inside and ordered a DQ Dude basket to go. Tried to eat the Dude when leaving the parking lot only to bite into a rock hard piece of meat. I returned to the store and had the cashier examine th sandwich. She immediately told the 2 teens in the kitchen it was bad and they thought it was real funny. She asked if I wanted a refund and I said no, I'll take a Beltbuster please. The cashier told the cooks to fix the Beltbuster and that it better be fresh. She handed me the sandwich and said please check it before you leave. This was Friday-June 9th around 5:45 P.M. If you are the owner, I hope you're reading this. I'd fire these 2 punks so fast, they wouldn't have time to say...
