I stopped by subway at 7451103rd street suite 15 Jacksonville, Florida at 5:1 pm. When I walked in I wasn't greeted at all. As I waited to place my order I observed a young lady putting her Hands in her hair then she began to put on gloves I said excuse me sweetie could you wash your hands I said to her I'm a General Manger for McDonald's for 29 year's I know policy and procedures. She then walked off mumbling rudly at me. I then asked another young lady where is your manager she replied she's off. I said thanks I'll call Corporate. As I began to place my order an older lady walked in they didn't greet her as well. She then asked were they new and they replied yes. And said I know because I come here often.I said to one of the young ladies that had her mouth pocked out to smile someone didn't wake up to see this day and some are less fortunate than we are. I said to her you don't need to wait on customers and not smile. At that time the older lady asked did I have a coupon for the sub I had purchased I said no mam I don't eat out I got this for my husband so she gave me two coupons as she was trying to pay for her sub but her card was locked so I paid for her sub which was $4 and some change. So I said thanks I'll get a refund and use the coupon. So I asked the young lady that rung my order up that I wanted a refund to use the the coupon she got on the phone to call her manager to ask how to do a refund because she didn't know how but she got no answer. I said no big deal you don't have to do that. So I asked her to ask the other two ladies did they know how they replied no the other one said she had only been there six days. I find it very unprofessional for it not to be a Manger or a Team lead in a restaurant to do this and my thoughts was wow who's taking care all the important paper etc. Then the rude young lady came out being disrespectful and unprofessional saying you started it coming in here saying something. Read moreI'm never going to this location again! Walked in earlier tonight and ordered a footlong sandwich, which, per the menu, the sub I ordered was supposed to have double cheese. Since Subway wants to be sneaky and have the meat and cheese covered up so customers can't see what's being put on their sandwich, the extra cheese wasn't added. I also added bacon to my sub, which was added, but I was overcharged for it! The menu in this restaurant shows to add bacon on a footlong is $2, I was charged $3. I made a complaint and got an email from someone named Elisha Lambert, store manager told me that online prices and in store prices are different.
